-u must pay for the drinks at the dinner -u must choose only one zone where u can enter each day- Premium Zone, Aqua Palace or Aqua Park(last year you could go everywhere everyday -Windows and doors should be soundproof, because it was very loud from the camping

While on breakfast, water and juice was offered free of charge, for dinner it was not available and we were supposed to pay extra.

The maid is knocking at your door at 8,30. If you can't open on the spot, you will never see her again during the day. A lot of noisy turists, which is surprising as the majority is old people. Hair on the sheets and pillows at arrival The locksmith must have been very bussy as he didn't find 5 minutes to unlock the safe which we found closed when we entered the room. So, we had to keep our values in the car. But hey, who cares about this? The water is a treasure.

Nothing. A minor improvement potential for the staff - to be a bit more fluent in German or English, but we could understand each other nevertheless:)

I had early check in and late check out. Receptionists did their best to meet my demands

Food. Breakfast is acceptable. Choice of dishes for Dinner is small

The accomodation was good, the bed was comfortable. The highlight was the free access at Aquapalace.

The rooms are a little outdated. The food selection was not ok for my taste.

HALF OF THE STAFF IN THE HOTEL RESTAURANT DOES NOT SPEAK ENGLISH OR OTHEL LANGUAGES.

The staff is ok. At the reception they speak english, but at restaurant no. Room not too big, but enought for 2. Quiet room and hotel also. At breakfest/dinner you can choose from a variety of food. 15 min walk through camping area to Aqua Palace.

If you go with children, it would be good to know that the pool is not indicated for those below 14 years old (because of thermal water).

Everything was good enough for 3 stars hotel. The meal also. People who come here are seeking for relax and treatment that's why something could be forgiven.

The room could be cleaned up more often.
