A very clean, modern hotel with underground parking for a fee, safe and secure. The parking was very easy to find. Our room was lovely and spacious, lots of natural light and very quiet as there was carpet in the rooms. The bed was big, very comfortable and lovely comfy pillows. The room is tastefully furnished as well. There is a safe, very good aircon, wifi and a Tv. Big bathroom with a lovely big shower and lots of hot water. Great breakfast in a lovely restaurant with a lot of choices. In the center of everything, so close to walk to cafes, restaurants and the local sights. We didn't use the fitness center or visit the on-site bar, but it looked really lovely. Nice safe area.

This hotel makes Debrecen a visitable town. Very sleek design, the room we had-a double bed-is spacious enough and also very quiet.

Although the underground parking is very convenient and clean, the 16 euros is way excesive. This is a hotel in Debrecen though, not in Paris-Champs Elysees. The staff is a little bit stiff. Also we have received a twin room, although we have booked a double, and even if we have booked a twin, the norm is to ask: would you like a queen size bed/king, or twin? Considerimg there were plenty of available rooms. It is always a plus to open mouth and speak with guest. I have been a guest in several Accor hotels and I have always received without asking different upgrades: a superior category room, breakfast, parking etc Here, the front desk staff just knows how to say No, which is the reversed slogan of Radisson for example, which is Yes.

The air conditioning was not cooling good

Property is lovely, very clean. Very new.

We ordered food before leaving for the airport and it took 1 hour and still the food did not arrive. We had to leave for the airport without having food and got no explanation as to why it took so long.

The furniture in the room is adequate for maybe one night stay. There is no dresser, no wardrobe only some open shelves, beside the bed is only a little round table without any drawer, the same in the bathroom. The corridor to the rooms is completely dark and gives a feeling of walking in an underground tunnel.

the cleaning is mediocre, my bed linen was no changed during my stay, the bathroom floors were never scrubbed and my bathroom sink never cleaned during my stay. Used water were also not washed. All they did was to change bathroom towels and spread the bed. If they could improve their cleaning, it’s a very beautiful and ver modern hotel

Check-in was a little slow - only 1 staff member on site at 7.30pm - queue of 2 plus the person being attended to Design faults in bathroom - the bath tub is very high so getting in/out was a little challenging, particularly as the shower screen is way too small so a lot of water ends up on the bathroom floor (I then had to mop this up using a bath towel). Sheets on bed are too small so at times ended up on the mattress

The property has a great location, is well designed and is clean. The room has all the mod cons, and the bed was so comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was very good. We travelled over Christmas, so appreciated the festive vibe and being able to use the lobby/bar for a drink to celebrate and the restaurant to get food. I would recommend thus hotel to anyone.
