Superb thermal baths, a lot of temperature choices (20, 28, 33, 35, 38 and 40 °Celsius), exterior thermal pool, large and warm room, friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast and diner, direct acces to Aquaticum Mediterranean Experience.

Be sure to understand the parking procedures and tariffs. Or it can be really expensive...

- clean and comfortable rooms - signs everywhere for good orientation inside the hotel - the included breakfast and dinner are OK, good food with some diversification, restaurant looks very nice, open buffet - they have a very big children playroom with a lot of activities, both for kids and adults - they also have a gym - and of course the water facilities (thermal bath, aqua park with dozens of water slides and jacuzzies) - the spa/aqua park is excellent, it has dozens of pools and water slides suitable for all ages: babies, kids, teens, adults, elderly, everyone. Has a lot of sunbeds everywhere. A lot of the pools have warm water (30-36c), the jacuzzies hot water (38c).

A bit pricy given the fact that you only get the Thermal Bath area included in the price, you have to pay for the rest (aqua park, parking, etc)

Lack of mantanance BROWN TAWELS ? I don't like them at all. Get green, or dark blue but not BROWN.

Is expensive. Is not enough clean. We found spiderweb near the mirror. The late check-out is very expensive.

Good breakfast, thermal spa, aqua park availability

Slightly overpriced, have to pay for tea at dinner, room was dusty and a bit noisy. Every morning at 06:30 personnel is performing “bla-bla” talks right in front of the windows, while filling the outdoor thermal pool. Same is related to the corridors, cleaning team is too “noisy”. Aqua park is small. Personnel is barely speaking English.

Nothing at all!

The staff very rud don’t like children,they sent us to eat breakfast and dinner in our bedroom because my 3,5 son watching his phone at dinner very quitely,and my 18 month old girl was crying of tiredness,plus because they dropped the food on a floor they didn’t tolerate us which I did picked it up but there is still bread crumbs and things like that stayed on a floor, and closed us in our bedroom it was dark it wasn’t well lighted to eat 2x a day breakfast and dinner,we didn’t get most evenings desserts or drinks in a breakfast and the last 2 morning we didn’t even had enough food for all of us! I found it very humiliated! And very sad Hungarian people not children friendly! I had no choice of leaving as I was getting ready to buried my dad,so not enough to have a heart break of death but I had to dealth with a managers in a hotel with 0 understanding!
