High class hotel. Very clean and tidy. Big room. Kind and helpful staff. A luxurious spa. Located a little far from the city center but adjacent to a large park.

There are no towels in the spa. Breakfast is very good but without variety of vegetables or variety of salads. The same 2-3 types of cheeses and pastrami. Every morning was exactly the same. In a period like autumn when the heating in the bath is not yet turned on there is no place to dry clothes after a spa.

We had difficulties with settlement. And despite the fact that we arrived after the closing of the recreation area, we were obliged to pay the full price for the use of the pool and spa. Also, the hotel already needs updating

The hotel has a good location, clean and spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and very good food both at breakfast and dinner. The pool and sauna area in the spa is very beautiful. The kids' kits in the room were appreciated, as well as the small bathrobes for children.

Zsofia from the hotel reception needs a customer care training. She lacked a smile and a positive attitude. She responded in an extremely unfriendly manner when we had an issue with the room key cards, and the check-in experience was very unpleasant because of her. Fortunately, the rest of the staff were kind and friendly, which helped balance things out. Unfortunately, the massage area within the spa is not being properly utilized, even though the space is generous. There are only a few massages available, no appealing spa menu, and no available therapists (due to a limited team), despite the hotel having a large capacity.

The breakfast food was excellent! Rooms are spacious. The pool and spa facilities are high class!

The bed mattress was quite hard, making my back hurt. The staff at the bar were a bit passive-aggressive...

The room was clean and nicely prepared. The bathroom was also looking really clean. The staff is very polite and helpful. Breakfast has a lot of varieties, it is impossible not to find something on your liking.

Despite all the nice things at this hotel, there are a few things that could be improved. Being a 5 star hotel you would expect on arrival to be offered a welcome drink of some kind (at least a glass of water if not a juice, like other hotels do). Coffee, tea, parking - include these ones in the price.. don't charge them extra then you could say that these are for free. At the SPA the jacuzzis were partially working and the cocktails are of poor quality. 10 o'clock for check-out is a bit fast thinking that the breakfast is until 10.30

On the positive side, *breakfast was rich and enjoyable*, with a good variety of options.

I travel quite a lot – for example, this year alone I've spent one out of the past three months staying in hotels across seven different countries. I do this every year, and the year isn’t over yet. Among the dozens of hotels I’ve stayed in, *Divinus Hotel was the only one that charged for the in-room tea bags and coffee*, which you usually prepare yourself. This was surprising and quite disappointing. The room was a bit *overfurnished for our taste*, with heavy Louis XIV-style decor. That said, we understand many guests may actually appreciate this style, so it wasn’t a problem for us – just not our preference.

The wellness area is equipped with everything I could imagine.

The balcony doesn't make any sense for non-smokers not having any furnitures.

Nice hotel, with relaxing environment, friendly staff.

Full of noisy workers from the nearby AUDI factory. The swimming pool is not fit for swim, the shaping of the pool was quite strange

The aircondition did not work. Due to the warm week the room was heated up during the day.

The magnificent lobby, really well lit and decorated for NYE. The pool, jacuzzi, saunas and cold plunge are really great and relaxing. They work as intended and maintained well. Quite big as well such that you don t have to overlap with other people. Great breakfast food options, diverse, quirky salads in small bowls, great tea selection, staples available but also more "extra" options like soup, homemade fruit yogurt. Good dinner options, the quince duck was delicious. Nice lighting in the room, quite spacious, large shower and makeup mirror.

NYE had little in the way of a dancefloor. Only about 60% of staff know English, leading to some miscommunication at times. Towels were not changed and we had to ask for it. Furniture is starting to show minor signs of age.
