The hotel has a nice athmosphere. The staff was friendly, the hotel and the room were clean and nice. The breakfast was delicious with a wide choice.

Due to its location, findig an empty parking space can be a challange (parking ticket can be requested at the reception).

There is no parking belonging to the hotel. There is a public parking in front of the hotel and close by and you can get a ticket from the reception to park for free

I was there only for one night without breakfast. I booked the suite. It was very nice and spacious and good value for money

I've stayed at tens of hotels, many high end ones that are well known, even 5 star hotels but this hotel exceeded all of those. An absolute gem in the very heart of the city, you have a view of the main square and church, everything is clean, staff are courteous and friendly, this hotel makes you want to spend your vacation in your room lol

Not a negative but I would've preferred liquid hand soap instead of the small round soaps provided.

Excellent location, in the center of the city and with transport stops nearby. Many options for shopping. Most interesting sightseeing places are approachable on foot. Very polite personnel, always keen to answer questions !

Bar type stools & stands in the balcony would be more suitable, to be able to sit and have view outside, because of the very tall wall in the balconies. Breakfast should be richer, with more options, for its price charged.

Great location, and peaceful room styling. Comfortable beds and the bathroom covers basic needs. The staff is kind and helpful. A nice surprise that the room came with a terrace.

The WIFI password wasn't displayed in any obvious place, not on any of the info papers or cards in the room. I shouldn't be expected to contact the staff for it. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, some foods and the coffee smelled strange, and pastries were stale.

The hotel is truly "central", and I was initially a little afraid that it would be noisy or the environment too busy, but nothing like that. Soundproofing is great, the room is spacious, the balcony opens to the inner courtyard of Kálvin tér. The main square and the market are less than 5 minutes' walk.

I had no real problems, unless that TV programs had to be retuned after every switch-on, which was somewhat uncomfortable, and I still don't understand why. But who knows.

The hotel has a very good location, close to city center, rooms are spacious, very clean, beds are really comfortable, staff is friendly. There are also parking places reserved for the hotel, on the street, in front of it.

The breakfast was ok, but I think they can improve on breakfast variaty.
