We liked the fact that the use of sauna and towels has already been included in the price. We highly recommend the use of the hotel garage, because there are not many parking spaces near the hotel. The hotel itself is small, but very pleasant. The room was nice, light and spacious. We also liked the concept of an aparthotel with a small kitchenette in the room.

On several evenings during our stay, it seemed there was a lack of staff in the restaurant at dinner time, se we had to wait for our meal longer than expected.

All receptionist were expectational, helpful, polite, friendly. Location can’t be better. The room is spacey, clean, well-thought, homey. I am extremly surprised and glad to find such a jewel between Hungarian accomodations.

We stayed at the annex, the Kalma Villa that was super nice! But first we checked in at the hotel itself and did not like the room offered, it was different than the pictures at booking. The kind management than solved this and changed us to another room, and we really enjoyed our stay. Location wise you can not wish a better situation, just a pleasant walk to the lake and spa facilities.

The restaurant's menu in the hotel could have been a little better, but it has a nice open air terrace for dining

I liked the location, that it was quiet, the food, that we had a small kitchen in the appartment, that it was clean and the beds were comfy.

It was a bit cold for me in the room, and the thermostat was not adjustable (guess it is remotely controlled). I have to mention that I like very warm - both in room and in weather - so maybe it was just me :)

Room: spacious, very clean despite being a bit old, has a kitchen with complete appliances Staffs: 24hr reception, very helpful, we arrived at almost midnight & easily checked in, technician (when needed) arrived within 10mins Location: amazing cafe & restaurant in close proximity, 15 mins walk to the thermal lake & 10 mins walk to a free parking

Not a big deal, but we stayed at the Kalma Villa, which was another building 1 block away from the hotel. Check-in & check-out happen at the hotel reception

The hotel is 5min walk from the lake and a nearby store, awesome location. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are extremely clean. A quiet place for relaxation after enjoying the thermal baths. I will certainly return.

Very friendly staff very very clean accommodation, excellent location very nice premises, very nice food great coffee shop, highly recommend this hotel. You could not ask for any more from a hotel.

I cannot think of one thing I was unhappy about with my stay or the hotel.

Location in perfect. Parking is expencive. Diner could be better. Bed was not ok - old, mashed up matraces.

They have charged turist tax althought it was already payed in advance.
