The food was really great, modern healthy food options, but also some classics spiced up with different variations. There wasn’t a big choice but the quality of the food was amazing. The wellness part of the hotel seemed quite new, very clean. The chill zone was nice. The staff was really nice. Friday and Saturday there was live music at the Brix bistro.

I don’t know how is it possible but there was no pool with cold water to get into after saunas! We really missed that. Only four showers, so when the saunas are crowded it is hard to get into one right after the sauna. Saunas were really small. Also, the sauna culture is not what it should be - people sitting in saunas in bathing suits (in an adults only hotel?). Some people including us didn’t wear bathing suits and it was okay, but no one should in a 100degrees hot sauna. Also the bar at the lobby closes at 10pm which is way too soon. Parking is difficult, there is a paid garage, but when we arrived there was no free space so we parked on the street (at least it was free).

The room was big, the beds were high and perfectly hard with enough pillows to chose from. It is also quiet, even having a room near the elevators. The food (breakfast and dinner) had a lot of choise and was excellent. Staff behind reception, wellness and restaurant were very nice and helpful. At the reception they speak fluent English and German as well. In the restaurant they will help you in German as best as they can. The hotel is close to the lake and you can book entrance at the hotel.

I can't think of anything. We had a perfect stay.

Very good breakfast, plentiful and varied. Friendly staff, always smiling and attentive! The coffee wasn't really to my taste, but hey, we can't say that's a negative... to each their own! There are various types of saunas, and the pool and jacuzzi were the highlights for me. The space was clean and well maintained at all times. The location is excellent, very close to the lake, restaurants, and small shops in the area. On weekends, we enjoyed various concerts (I really liked the jazz, blues jazz, etc.).

I didn't like the cleaning policy (you had to ask for it), the fact that the towels weren't changed daily, but once every 3 days. I don't want to be picky, but for a 4-star hotel, the cleanliness should be much better (I'm referring to the bathroom, the carpet on the floor, the dust in the rooms...this needs to be addressed!!)

Perfectly located in the town centre close to all shops, restaurants and the famous lake. Comfortable bed and nice room with balcony. Very clean and new spa

The reception staff is absolutely not welcoming and has an attitude. The buffet food is really dissapointing...better eat elsewhere.

Hotel je izuzetno čist, komforan, wellnes i bazeni su odlični. Sobe su moderno opremljene, oduševila nas je mogućnost izbora anatomskih jastuka za spavanje. Hrana je fantastična, raznovrsna i sjajno spremljena.

Nije mi logična naplata hotelskog parkinga, i to za dve noći skoro 15€. Takođe, u ponudi se nudi popust na ulaznice za jezero, međutim kad smo želeli da ih kupimo, na recepciji nam je rečeno da ih nemaju.

This hotel is truly fabulous and the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The food options are great and there is an extensive offer of treatments. The staff were also very attentive with our dog. This hotel not only tolerates dogs but truly welcomes them (welcome drink, treats, bowl were waiting for him). The terrace was big, the room was very clean and the cleaning staff very helpful. I particularly appreciated that the hotel is adults only, this allows for perfect relaxation.

The parking is a bit small (but staff can help with parking options).

Very good facilities, spa is amazing. Superb location, very near to the lake spa. Room was spacious and bed comfortable and huge. We had half board included and food was very good as well. Highly recommended, we will be back!

Parking on site is limited and very expensive, but they offer parking for free a bit further away so not a problem. Tap water could be offered at dinner as you need to pay for drinks.

This is our go-to hotel where we go once a year to relax away from family and work. We love the overall vibe of the hotel, the spa the pool, the food and the easy access to nature and the lake.

Hotel needs to invest some money into maintenance as the wear is starting to show. This was the 2nd time the pool had issues with heating, one of the elevators was out of order, and some equipment in saunas were broken as well. Steam cabin also needs cleaning as mold is starting to appear. We will be back next year and I hope Hotel gets back on track to be a solid 10.

Great room, very clean, very comfortqble bed. We took the larger room (42m2 or 45m2) and it was very big and comfortable with everything we need. Breakfast and dinner were included and tasty. The jacuzzi and sounas were nice and clean. 3 min walking from the thermal heviZ lake was fun as well. They even got us a champagne and macarrons to the room since my boyfriend had his birthday!

Two sml complaints: 1. when we parked there one of the staff said its ok no problem, but afterwards we found out it cost 7 euros per day, and there was a lot of parking on the street, so if we had knew we would have parked outside. Also, I really dont see why we needed to pay for that since its the hotel parkinglot and we already paid good money to the hotel, felt q bit cheap to me... 2. The breakfast ends at 10 am, so on 9:59 they closed the lights and thw music and started to take everything, basicaly rushed us out. And it was a bummer aince the gym opens at 8 am so if we want to workout, shower and than eat we dont have a choice but to arrive to breakfast on ~9:30 and feel rushed out..
