really big beds, nice breakfast & staff
no air conditioning in the restaurant, no bottled water, tea and kettle in the room, new air conditioners on the second floor of the apartment, but they were a device with air exhaust through roof windows that must be open

The hotel was really nice, our room was clean and comfortable. The wellness equipment was a little older but still quite decent. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. The hotel is also dog friendly which was a big plus for us. Overall, we were satisfied.
We could hear people from the room next to us. There could be more towels provided, we only got one big towel per person.

Furniture of the Hotel ist in very nice Oriental Style. Very friendly welcome at our arrival. We have been shown around to the facilities of the hotel.

Breakfast- various choice Friendly stuff
Kitchinette - no cutlery, no plates or dishes, no microwave or water heater as described Bathroom- water was cold, taking a shower was a journey Balcony- no coushions on metal chairs Welness- sometimes they provide towels for sauna, sometimes not, there is no hose in steam sauna so it is hard to clean before/after use, bathtub is not in use. There is a camera shooting directly at hot pool. I miss higienic aproach since there was used towels from previous day laying around. Only one shower is working and it's almost useless. Parking- on street, in front of hotel it's always full (4-5 spots)

Pool outside, jakuzzi inside and also saunas. Friendly staff, relatively close to Heviz lake.
Fire Alarm went on over night in all hotel (very loud, as it should be). It kept signaling for at least 15-20 minutes, and kids were scared. There was no one from hotel staff or even guards present to calm down quests or someone to speak to. Finally, I managed to call on phone provided on booking.com and someone responded and informed that it will be cut-off in 2 minutes (which was correct information). It seems there was some technical issue. I am sure problems happen, but simple apology for inconvenience over break-fast or during check-out would have helped a lot.....
