the location of the hotel is very good, the yard is nice, and there is a swimming pool , jacuzzi and sauna. Breakfast is a specific pleasure, even the assessment of large complexes, there is no such assessment, it is delicious and of that choice, special thanks for the breakfast

I didn’t like only the equipment in the room, for example, there was a small electric kettle and 2 bags of tea) and even a glass or a cross for tea didn’t fork, only 2 disposable paper cups) and they also take extra money for parking, but for such a price it could be included in the fee.

It was small and comfortable. Rooms were clean. Plenty of parking. Pool and sauna were made available to us even after hours. Staff were just brilliant. Helpful and bent over backwards to help us with late check in (1 am), early check out 6:45 and packed breakfast. Really helpful!

The lady at the reception was a bit confused with the computer and she wasn't fit with English and German but she did her best We had to use our flashlight to lock our room at nights from inside because the light in the room after inserting the key card but we had only one key The way to the lake wasn't easy to find No litle dishes available for dinner only buffet for 17,- €

Old communistic building with charme and garden. Very close to the lake. Breakfast is good.

Furniture refreshment would be good. The price is a bit expensive

A lot of noise, you could hear everything from the neighboring room. During our stay there was a group young people that made a lot of noise during the night

Room without AC.

The hotel has a great pool and the breakfast was OK, the car park was very secure AC was excellent. The grounds are a good size

The hotel advertises that it has a Restaurant which it does but it was only open for breakfast, so I suggest that this is made clear. The staff spoke very little English (almost none). The shower was broken (I fixed it by tightening up the fitting twice). The closest restaurants were a 15 minute walk, which was OK but unexpected. The hotel seemed to be a hot spot for multitudes of insects which is understandable based on its proximity to the lake. the Jacuzzi worked only once. The plaster was peeling off the external walls, this could be a fantastic venue but let down by a lack of simple maintenance and attention to detail.

Location is about a 15 min walk from the centre where places to eat, drink, shop are. We left early each day before breakfast and the owners were kind enough to provide a packed breakfast for us.

There is not a great understanding of spoken English however we appreciated quick and clear replies to our messages in English ie asking for packed breakfast, late check in etc.
