Stayed at Sirius for 2 nights in August 2024. Great location, although access to the main entrance is easier by car, but the beach entrance has a lovely foot path that goes all the way to the hotel from the port. Upon arrival our room wasn't ready but we were offered a welcome drink at the bar which was a nice glass of sparkling wine. Room was lovely and spacious, clean, with a nice balcony. The room can be accessed by a key watch and key card, which are easy to use. Breakfast was nice both days with a wide range of foods, some odd options too like vegetable stew which I was not very breakfasty. Dinners were nice as well, a couple of hit and miss options and some odd options like liver, which I've never seen at a hotel buffet. Nevertheless, both nights we were able to find tasty options, duck leg being the highlight for me. The spa, pool, sunbeds and saunas were top class. We paid extra for the Harmony island experience, around €100, the prosecco, fruits, relax bed and private jacuzzi was fantastic along with the private infra sauna. Our couples massages were a bit mixed but overall a very good experience worth the money. We rented paddle boards one evening which was a lovely activity in the bay for about €11 per person. Hope to be back soon

Food at times could have been a bit better.

It is best to drive, else need to walk 1.1km from the train or bus station. Room is spacious and clean, with complete amenities (except toothbrush and paste). One can leave the luggage before check-in and after checkout. Staff is friendly & able to converse in English. There are lifts, which is good for those with big luggage. Breakfast from 0700-1000hr & dinner 1800-2130hr. Both are buffet style, with good varieties, especially lots of fruits. I enjoyed using the spa and wellness centre, with thermal pools to soak and relax. One can have a nice stroll behind the apartment, which leads to the iconic Keszthely sign. Overall, I am very happy to stay here.

Location is a bit far for those who don't drive.

Beautiful view (we had a room facing the lake) in a cosy room, for dinner every day different food, excellent and tasty food, friendly staff, fun room with games (billiard, table hockey, football,..), spa facilities with healing water, different events at the hotel, we rented e-bikes and biked around the lake.

The room was clean when we arrived, but during our stay the room was poorly managed by the maid (forgot their room card in our room, left the balcony door wide open, did not empty the ashtray on the balcony, did not supplement the bathroom with toilet paper even when it was running low).

Liked everything. Great spa, wonderful rooms and food.

80 EUR for 2 small dogs staying 2 nights is a bit too much.

The property is right at the lake and everything was clean and tidy. The food was great and the wellness area good. I liked that this is not a huge hotel like the one next to it. So it’s not that crowded and mass delivery of services.

I did not like that the entrance to the lake was rather small and the area where you can chill at the lake (but it’s still hotel property) was really small. There was room for around 10 people. Of course you could lay out directly at the hotel but when it’s lake front I would love to have possibility to be right at the lake.

During 3 days stay we didn't manage to find a free appointment for massage even if in the wellness area were just few persons. The person on the reception said that they are fully booked, but I didn't see anyone going in or coming out from massage area.

New, neat and aesthetically appealing. Wonderful lake panorama, absolutely peaceful. Zero noise from air conditioning, very quiet rooms. Plenty of cosy furniture in the spa. All the employees very polite and fast, even if not all speaking foreign languages. Very good skin treatment with a nice professional. Possibility to pay in EUR in cash.

The loud band at the foyer at dinner time. (One evening out of my two, my preference in a spa hotel is little noise.) No drinks included in the evening buffet. When I asked for water, I was served an open bottle of mineral still, which tasted like tap water.

Excellent hotel. All of the staff (from reception to housekeeping, restaurant, bar and wellness) was very kind and hard working, they did a phenomonal job. The hotel itself has been terrific. Great room (parking lot side), very comfortable, no noise, clean, good climate control. Food was on par as well, couldn't wish for anything else. The same goes for the wellness. To have private access to the balaton lake was an amazing bonus.

Great location, amazing food (really good choice for all diet requirements, half board), great place for dogs. Good spa area, peace and quiet. Great for a quick getaway.

The stuff was really good, but one young lady had some lack of professional attitude (not enough customer-oriented) and could have better language skills. But all the other were really great, so it didn't ruin our experience there.

It was a very beautiful, modern hotel which is directly located at the Balaton lake. The spa und welness facilities were very clean. The food was tasty! We loved the fun room where you could play billiards, darts and table football for free!

The staff at the morning service wasn't very friendly and helpful. It was my boyfriend's birthday and I needed a lighter for some candles - but nobody had one and they weren't trying a lot to help me rather they were kinda annoyed. But that was the only negative thing.
