The Hotel is stylish and clean. The staff are friendly and polite. Breakfast and Dinner are really good. They offering a large selection of mains and sides. Also two different kind of soup and delicious desserts are available every day. Foods are tasty and fresh. Extra point the carvery serving, so you can try anything what you like. We loved the little playroom where you can play billiards darts soccer game and xbox too. The Hotel also have a little spa is located on the top floor. There you can enjoy a jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath no matter how is the weather outside. The location also great only a few minutes walk from the lake and promenade.

The hotel interior is nice, cozy, and comfortable. Everything is well looked after. Staff was nice and friendly, breakfast good and plenty. The hotel is looking for a 4-star grading, but it still has some work to do to get there. But as far as I could see, they are definitely trying.

The exterior of the hotel looks strange. I mean, you can see that it is undergoing upgrading constructions, but from the outside, you wouldn't say that it is a 4 star hotel at all. And the terrace in front of the hotel has a kind of "underground pub" feeling.

The location was very good: near the lake and near the city. The room was very big and had enough storage space. The wellness area was also nice, not very big, so it was crowded on weekends. The food at dinner time was good, not too many choices, but they changed it every evening. The personnel was friendly and helpful.

The temperature in the room was difficult to adjust; the airco didn’t work so you had to open the window to let the room cool off, which would lead to noise from the cars on the streets. Also the temperature of the water in the shower was tricky, after a few moments the water would turn very cold, then you had to turn off the water and turn it on again. If you adjusted the temperature a little bit, it could get extremely hot. Breakfast options were very limited.

Hotel from the outside is completely different then from inside. Outside could be more renovated but from inside it looks quite nice. There is small lift for higher floors. All like in pictures. Overall I will give good grade and hope you will improve minuses

Breakfast could have more choice and there is a space to improve. There are often empty containers of food and long waits for the second round of breakfast. The stuff (especially waiters) should know English better.

Location is perfect. City Centre is walking distance, lake is even closer. Big Tesco store is 5 minutes car drive away. It’s very quiet hotel, hotel staff will go all in for your happiness. They’re truly hardworking people, speaking German or English, with no problems. Parking wasn’t a problem at all, secured location in front of the hotel, costs around 4€/day. Will come back.

Bed. I don’t know what was wrong, but I couldn’t sleep well. But most definitely the owner should invest in more comfortable pillows. You only get 1 pillow per person, and they are small. Honestly didn’t ask for options, maybe you could get one more on request, wasn’t that big of a deal.

The location is all right, the main square and the railway/coach station are both reachable with a 10-min walk. There is some noise from the traffic, but it's not disturbing at night. The breakfast is great, varied and good quality. The wellness area is superb too, it is pretty spacious and has a lot of facilities (steam bath, saunas, jacuzzi). Very friendly and helpful staff.

Though the wellness area functions just fine, it could do with a little renovation - a lot of the mosaic tiles are missing, there is some rust and signs of water infiltration on the walls. We found similar little blemishes in our room too. It would also be nice to have a chair on the balcony that belongs to the room.

The hotel looked a little tired on first glance, however once inside it was very nice and clean. Staff friendly and polite. Bedroom looked virtually brand new and everything spotless. Hotel very close to both Lake Balaton and the town centre. The town centre had plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. Nice relaxing few days and we will stay there again. Car parking on site for a daily small fee.

Nothing really.. The lift is incredibly small (I'm not a lift lover anyway)!

We had a very comfortable and well-designed room with a very nice balcony, with perfect shower. The hotel provides good breakfast and dinner, it has a cozy wellness section with a low power regular, but usable sauna, with wide selection of other activities (steam bath, infra sauna, hot tub). The location is perfect as it's in a calm area while it is close to everything important in and around the city. The staff was also very kind.

The half board service doesn't cover any types of drinks (either non-alcohol) for the dinner.

Recently renovated room with clean lines. Bristling with electricity outlets. Half board option worked for me. Has nice hot tub and sauna facility on uppermost third floor for guests but did not get to try out.

We came to check in a little later, but they still provided us with dinner. Very friendly staff, and since we were there for the triathlon race, they opened breakfast for us from 6 am. We will definitely come next year!
