Renewed rooms where you smell the odor of the new furniture. Big waiting hall and large restaurant.

Room we had seemed to be small and maybe too much furniture. The termal pool was not yet ready and therefore the welness area was very crowded. Not enough beds etc. Sauna and internal pool was for 6-8 person for a hotel having 280 rooms. Friday and Saturday afternoon was crazy.

The hotel was recently renovated, and the room was spotless and had excellent sound isolation so that you could rest at night. The staff working there was professional and very polite. The pools and spa area were accessible and well-maintained during our stay. Breakfast and dinner were okay, nothing special, but still good.

The spa area is too small for a hotel of this size, leading to a crowded experience, especially in saunas. Unfortunately, people go inside saunas in bathing suits, which makes floors and furniture wet and non-hygienic. The hotel bar has some cocktails on offer, but all of them were either too sweet or too salty (!), so we didn't enjoy them much.

Hotel is beautiful, new, nicely decorated. the rooms are beautiful, modern, with all the necessary equipment for a vacation ... the beds are comfortable, we enjoyed it very much. The Food in the restaurant is very good and varied. Staff tries to be friendly. there was enough of everything for all. The saunas are great, the swimming pool is well decorated. thank you, we will come again!

Maybe a little more cleaning around the outside pool…

The hotel is comfortable, warm rooms and pools ( april time) , quiet, nice surroundings , super and quality food choises, v very clean , enough parking space, kind staff. o.p. The staff speaks only hungarian and understand a bit german language . They dont understand english and if you ask anything else they cant comunicate or answer except one or two persons in reception. They are kind but in my opinion need language courses. 😊

Nice hotel with a large park area. The rooms are after renovation, everything is new, clean and beautiful. The spa center, swimming pool and saunas are also after renovation, compact and clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. 15-20 min walk to the thermal lake. But the hotel also has a thermal pool. The food is good and tasty! When there are a lot of people, the range of dishes is large, different types of meat, fish, vegetables, desserts!

At dinner all drinks are paid, except water!!! Tea bags at dinner cost almost $2, and no kettle in the room! Juices are diluted. For a hotel of this level, this is not comme il faut! No gym!

Hair on the bed sheets, and they didn't change the sheets in 5 nights we staid there. No tea, coffee or water in the rooms, we drank tap water from 22.00- 08.00 when the bar/ restaurant was closed. Mini bar was not included, car parking was not included in the all inclusive. The lift broke down for 2 days which was very inconvenient and other technical problems.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, the spa area is little bit small if there are many people like last weekend. The food was delicious and varied.

The hotel was nice, equipment was new. Staff was friendly. Rooms were cozy and big enough. There was enough food for breakfast and for dinner (a buffet type); the offer varied a bit every day; the quality was very good. There was a piano player in the evenings. The hotel is equipped with a wellness area with unlimited access - a warm outdoor pool, a small indoor pool, several types of sauna, a salt room. You can reach the Heviz lake by foot within a few minutes.

Just a few details. The wellness area is not big, so it gets crowded during peak time (the indoor pool is for six people, Finnish sauna for six people, Russian and infra saunas for two people). Also, people wear swimsuits in a sauna and some of them forget to take a sheet with them. // The restaurant got crowded on a Saturday night (which is quite understandable) but the staff tried to cope with it well. // The piano player stops at ca. half past seven, it would be nice if he could play longer. :)

The hotel is freshly renovated, the room was modern and spacious, the bathroom is a bit small though. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were extensive, there was live piano music for dinner, which we really enjoyed.

The thermal part was sadly still under construction, so we could only enjoy the spa area, which was cramped in peak hours, during dinner time it was enjoyable. There was a pancake making machine which was only available during dinner and it was turned off for breakfast, this was a bit strange. Compared to the breakfast, for dinner there was a more extensive variety of cheese and cold cuts.
