My wife, children and I liked having separate rooms with showers. They are really comfortable and have air conditioning. The Jacuzzi, sauna and guest shower are all great. Our kids enjoyed staying there and told us that they would come again the following year. The half-board option is great value for money. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. It takes around 12 minutes to walk from the hotel to the thermal lake.

The only problem is that the fee, which is only for car parking around the hotel, is not included in the price.

I really liked the hotel, especially the staff. During the buffet breakfast, I asked if they had chicken sausage, but it wasn’t available as an option. To my surprise, they made it specially for me! My husband and I were genuinely touched by their generosity and kindness! There were two older gentlemen who served breakfast, and I truly appreciate their thoughtful service..

There's the city tax, air-conditioner cost (per day)and parking cost as extra. It's not included to the booking cost.

The Staff in the Reception Dominica .& Benjamin are very Friendly. Kind & Helpful .

The Newily Renovated Shower Room is almost Perfect but they had only one Glass Door instead of 2 Door Glass which is Disaster .. Water come out from the Shower like Swimming Pool .. One need to be Extra Careful that the Water ..do not Damage the Carpet….must make some improvements.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, especially Bedjamin. He was genuinely helpful, warm and attentive. The location is perfect - just a short walk to the lake. Very good breakfast and dinner. Beautiful big room. !have stayed at this hotel three times, and I will definitely come back again.

Hotel is next to Heviz lake. The room is nice, but a bit dated, especially bathroom needs some refreshing. Breakfast and dinner were very good, although not too many choices, but something for everyone.

The third bed (sofa) was very uncomfortable, very hard. Impossible to have a good night sleep. This really needs to be improved.

Solid old-school hotel in central Hévíz. Does what it says on the tin, no complaints!

Safe parking (7 eur) in underground parking place. Good dinner and breakfast. In the centre of town.

There was a rich selection for breakfast, we were satisfied.

We have no objections.

Clean. Has a bike parking. Has an elevator. Fair breakfast and dinner. Location is perfect.

Air conditioner had an extra 20 euro charge which wasn't mentioned before. No bathroom kit.
