All the other staff was very helpful and courteous except for one lady with lots of tattoos and very long blond hair who refused to give a glass of hot water one night for my medication and said I can only have hot water from the tap..... that was very unkind knowing she can get it from the kitchen

There was no toilet paper in both rooms I used and the second room had no light in the bathroom and no concessions to the price was given when I mentioned this inconvenience

Not enough curtains, old furniture and beds/linens, thin walls (noise from next door rooms).

Breakfast was ok and location was good for our needs, I.e. beach and city centre. Staff were helpful and friendly. .

Unfortunately the hotel decor needs replacing/updating. Strong odour out of bathroom drainage system. Limited power outlets in room.

The receptionist was very lovely and friendly. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Main reason of oir booking was transit. We needed 1 room for shower and sleep for all family. For this needs is this hotel totaly enough. Aprecciate the possibility to get breakfast.

Mold. Mold everywhere in the bathroom.

I just like that it was close to the lake. And the tress around.

In a room for three was only one bedroom. We waited in another room for another bed to be brought and assembled. The staff is looking at their phone and didn't even say "Hallo" once. The breakfast on the second day was leftovers from the first day.
