Pool and spa facilities are very clean and well maintained. Very good breakfast and dinner. Nice rooms with balcony.

We had a great experience and absolutely enjoyed our time at the Residence hotel. The food is delicious and the facilities are well kept. Our personal highlights were the massages and sauna ceremonies and that some of the staff remembered us by now. There was an issue with the room that we complained about, but the staff reacted and we were more than happy with the offered solution. We felt valued and will come back next year for the 4th time :)

I loved the breakfast and dinner. Big variety of food and kind waiters. The spa was big and nice as in design and visuals. Saturday night live music for dinner! 😍 The little fishpond was awesome in front of the hotel. I enjoyed the welcome drink as well, which was a prosecco for me, but you could chose juice as well. 😊

Minor things like...the main closet had a shaking sliding door, kept falling out and some scratches on the headboard of the bed. A lot of hair found in the bathroom, I used up towels just for cleaning and disinfecting. The staff was kind enough to try and change my room, but the hotel was fully booked, and that wasn't possible. The spa s water is written to have 34 C, I doubt that. I caught a bad weather period when the maximum was 24 C, so still cold and some nice hot water would have been nice. Also they kept the doors open in spa all the time and I felt cold. Spiderwebs everywhere.

This hotel is better then good. The wellness and swimming pool area is excellent snd worm. Brexfests and dinners are very tasty eith variety of dishes also this Hungarian. Desserts are the best .

The food is delicious and the whole place is generally well kept. This was our second time and we plan on coming back.

The new management is apparently trying to save some money. Some nice little details have disappeared, but the staff is compensating it easily.

The place has a very homey atmosphere, it’s not a very big hotel, the staff is very kind, ready to help, professional regarding any requests. The facility is quite much oriented towards kids: baby beds, baby bath, food in the restaurant including plastic plates and spoons, baby chairs. The restaurant is in general a very strong feature of this hotel it has wonderful buffets for both breakfast and dinner, very versatile selection and very nicely cooked everything. no problem to be vegetarian, gluten intolerant or lactose sensitive, they have selection for everybody!!! The combination of price/quality is perfect, especially taking into the consideration the inflation and the times we are living through now. So thanks to everybody for being on top of that!

Great breakfast and dinner, we loved the SPA, although it tends to get a bit crowded in the afternoon. The room was very clean, well equipped and fairly large. Apso there is a kid's playroom in the hotel, which is very appreciated when you're travelling with toddlers :) Upon arrival you get complimentary drink coupons - we didn't use them, but it's a nice touch.

Not sure how the gated parking works, but we had trouble parking here, as the parking in front of the hotel was always full. The staff could be a bit more welcoming. Also, I understand most of the guests are Hungarian, but we did have some trouble understanding each other in English.

This was our second time at the Residence. We again booked connecting rooms where we could comfortably stay with our small kids. The hotel has everything our kids love, an indoor playroom, a room for table tennis, a normal pool and a kids pool, good food. My husband and I love using the saunas, the cold pool and the outdoor jacuzzi. We ordered lunch at the pool a few times, which was nice. We also both went for a massage. We just love our stay here and are already looking forward to coming back. The rooms are cleaned every day by housekeeping. We enjoy the buffet at dinner and breakfast.

The beds are a bit hard for my liking and the duvets are too short. Also the rooms are very warm. It’s actually warm everywhere in the hotel, which can be very comfortable, I just wish the rooms weren’t.

A cozy room with a comfy bed. Great wellness center with a nice selection of saunas. Breakfast and dinner buffet were versatile and tasty. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. A huge respect to the cleaning team for a fast and efficient daily work. It's been a while since I've seen such a professionalism.

Not a big deal but the steam sauna is always turned off by default, so you need to ask to turn it on.
