The breakfast was very nice with a good selection of just about everything I would like to see. My room was comfortable, and the bed was adequate.

The pool/hot tub water temperature was a bit chilly. Plus, not all saunas were operational during my visit. It would be nice to have full access to all offerings in the wellness center. As for WiFi, the signals were weak in several parts of my room and there were multiple networks used in the building, each with limited effective range. The consumer experience would be improved if this was consolidated under one WiFi network serving the entire property.

The hotel is great. The spa complex is amazing. This is our second time at this hotel. The best was when we approached the hotel with a request for an upgrade because we were celebrating a wedding anniversary: ​​the hotel upgraded the room and even bought us delicious sushi dishes at the house's expense. Suggest everyone to ask for an upgrade and free sushi.

Location , it is close to aircraft museum anr river Tisa.. Cleanness and good heating system, parking is available for visitors for free. Nice pool and sauna its very good for relaxing after day of travel and walk. Fair prices for mini bar items.

Hotel interior....its a bit outdated.

A lovely post WW2 building with unexpected SPA facilities in the basement. Breakfast was very nice and the hotel made a special effort for my wife’s need for gluten free food. The restaurant nearby (number 7 is all I can remember) is really excellent. There is a superb 1956 steam locomotive on a plinth next to the station.

Very approachable, clean and nice hotel. The staff is great, they let us bring in our bicycles and store them at a safe place along with all our stuff. Room was clean and the bed was amaaazing ☺️

The clearness, the zone around is silent and safe

The receptioner doesen t know very good english and it was a little bit difficult to give me an invoice And in the morning i was wake up with load voices because of the room was nearby reception The bad is also too small even if it is just for 1 person

We had the entire wellness part only for our family for hours, with two different sauna possibilities, jacuzzi and everything else. We really enjoyed it a lot. Free parking was also available. Place was quiet.

The shower could be renewed, but it wasn't a problem at all.

Furnishings and decoration provide an 19-nineties atmosphere. Reception is open till 22:00. Service is friendly. OK buffet breakfast. Hazam is a practical & comfortable hotel, and we had a good stay.
