We had an issue with our car and arrived much later than expected but Adrian at the reception was very very kind and even helped us reserving a table at our favourite restaurant. We even got an upgrade and got the biggest room in the hotel, which was much appreciated after the long and difficult journey we had. The hotel is magnificent and both lobby and breakfast room make you travel back in time. It's in an excellent position in a silent neighbourhood near the city center (5 minutes walking distance to the main square). Spotlessly clean both room and bathroom, comfortable beds. Excellent and varied buffet breakfast in the morning with both sweet and savory food

Beautiful property nicely renovated, quiet, clean, comfortable. It had everything that we needed value for money. Pitty they do not promote the leisure room which has a pool table and chess and Chesterfield sofas and ia really nice for a social evening with friends after you have dinner in the city.

Our triple room (a really triple one) was on the third floor w/o elevator.The girl on the reception has offered to help with luggage - luckily was not the case as we were only transiting with small backpack. But it is challenging with luggage, also for people who cannot climb stairs.

Room was comfortable with a generously sized bathroom. Excellent shower. Helpful staff. The lounge area is attractive and the real flame fire is a delight.

I would have liked tea / coffee facilities in the room. I would also have liked USB ports there. The TV was good but I would encourage the hotel to ask its guests to sign out of their YouTube accounts when they leave ;-) The hotel was quiet and that is always a plus point but I wonder whether a buffet is the best option if there aren't many guests? I think "cook to order" while extra work would be more efficient for the hotel's finances and would mean warmer food.

Everything! It’s a real juvel the house the courtyard and the restaurant it’s an experience in itself- it’s worth a trip just to be there. The room is also very beautifully decorated and modern a huge lavish bathroom, the decorations and originality. I would come back only to stay there for days even if the city itself isn’t a big attraction.

It is a renovated old building, set to resemble a 18-century palace. It looks spectacular. Good location in the town center, clean and comfortable.

Breakfast is rather modest, although sufficient.

We spent the night traveling to Austria and was pleasantly surprised by a stunning hotel. The atmosphere was absolutely beautiful, with every detail thoughtfully curated for a 5-star experience. The restaurant 48, just five minutes from the hotel, perfectly complemented the overall ambiance. I definitivelly recommend it!!!

Absolutely everything. Spacious room, comfy bed and super soft bedding, large and very clean bathroom. This was our second time staying here and we will be back again for sure. Gaia is our favourite Hungarian hotel.

I know it's not the hotel's fault but Nagykőrös street has almost no lights so at night when we were walking back to the hotel we needed to use our torches on our phones.

My hotel stay was such a lovely experience. The actual building is amazing and very beautifully finished. The staff were very helpful and friendly, for an English only speaking guest, this was most helpful. They made me feel very comfortable and helped with anything I needed.

There was nothing negative about my stay.
