Good hotel: superb rooms with great bed, linnen, shower and all the necessary amenities. Easy parking in front of the hotel, late night check-in and a good location - only 1 hour to/from Serbian boarder and thus great choice for travelers but also for tourists who would want to explore the town and nearby beauty of Hungarian countryside. We loved and enjoyed our stay.

They charged us 3000 HUF for 2 bottles of water, we did not notice that these were "decorative" bottles of the hotel (we took the bottles and after drinking water we threw empty bottles away on the way), of course we accepted this charge after the information sent by the hotel by e-mail although we think that they did not have to do it. It was a bit customer-unfriendly behavior in our opinion.

Food, environment, and staff

Location a little ways from center of town so you will need a car to get around. Room AC controlled by building doesn't matter how low you adjust The air-conditioning it still very warm in room. Shower drainage very very slow to drain, standing water in shower about Two inches while showering, bad! Most is not all house cleaning staff could not speak English or communicate with you. For a well known hotel and expensive Marriott knows better!

I had to stay for a short time in several 4-star hotels with approximately the same prices. Your hotel stands out for its quality of service, quiet atmosphere, and appearance, and it left me with one of the best impressions.

I liked the location. Very convenient to GAMF. The room was very comfortable. Service was excellent. Breakfast was delicious. We had a very pleasant one night stay there.

We had problem turning on the light with the room key. Staff was helping us promptly.

The restaurant doesn’t care about client too much: e.g. they forgot to add olives in a dish with olives; add a lot of pepper when asked to not at all… Waiter didn’t care. In the end a waitress comes and apologized for her colleague and chef and give some discount. Hope they will better train the other waiter and the chef.

We used this hotel for a short one-night stay on a longer business route. It is what you would expect from a Sheraton, but some things are getting old and could need some refurbishment. Big parking lot and a convenient DC EV charger available. It's in their lot, but it's not theirs. You have to pay separately for the charging registering on an app

We arrived at 10 PM and there was no meal option available for late arriving guests (there is a McDonald's nearby, though). Also, the minibar is empty, even if you have to pay a deposit at check-in.

I have stayed in this hotel at least 2 times per year for the past 5 years. It is one of the few places i really love to stay. Everything is amazing from the people, place, food, bar.

Kind staff, facilities,excellent and relaxing wellness. Varied breakfast with friendly waiters. The room is large and comfortable. Spa with steam and dry saunas.

After I came from the shower, I looked for the hair dryer but I couldn't find it.The hair dryer was in the last compartment of the wardrobe hidden behind the bed quilt. Although the shelves were almost empty.I called the reception and miss told me to look in the wardrobe because it must be there, but she didn't called again to ask me if I found it or not. I found it later when I removed the quilt.Anyway, the hair dried in the meantime. There were many cobwebs on the windows.

Very spacious, by far my favourite hotel in this area. The lobby has a scent that I love. The on site restaurant is excellent: high quality, yet, friendly. I don't know why, but the whole hotel reminds me of the USA.
