I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Deák Panzió hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for an exceptional experience. One of the standout features of the Deák Panzió was the cleanliness of the entire property. The lobby, hallways, and my room were all remarkably well-maintained, exuding a sense of freshness and attention to detail. The hotel's commitment to cleanliness was evident in every corner, and it provided a truly comfortable and hygienic environment during my stay. The room itself was beautifully furnished, with a stylish and modern design that was both visually appealing and practical. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the amenities were top-notch, catering to all of my needs. The check-in process was a breeze, with the friendly and efficient staff providing a seamless experience. They were attentive to my requests and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of exceptional. In fact, I enjoyed my time at the Deák Panzió so much that I even extended my stay for a further two nights. The hotel's excellent facilities and service made it an easy decision to prolong my visit. The Deák Panzió's location was also a major draw, as it was situated in a convenient and accessible area, allowing me to easily explore the surrounding sights of the city although not much to see, it’s a small city. The hotel's proximity to local restaurants, shops, and transportation links made it the perfect base for my travels. Also, the free parking outside the hotel. Overall, my stay at the Deák Panzió was an absolute delight. The combination of cleanliness, excellent furnishings, easy check-in, and a fantastic location made for an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, as it truly embodies the gold standard of hospitality.

Easy check in. Beautiful, large comfortable rooms and very clean! Beds were super comfortable and hotel was quiet. I had access to a full kitchen where I could prepare a snack or dinner. Wifi was reliable and fast. No breakfast available, but the bakery across the street was very convenient and open every day of the week.

The distance to the train station is really the only downside as there is not much option for taxi/transit with luggage, so this pension would be best for someone who has a car or doesn't mind walking about 25 minutes. That being said, it's a pretty pleasant, easy walk to the property.

Location is great in the heart of the town with free private parking nearby. The place is clean all over and in the kitchen you can find everything you need! The owner was kind enough to answer our phone call in the evening and gave us the instructions we needed.

The heating is being done through AC which can get a bit noisy during the night especially if it's above your bed.

I most appreciate the attention for interior design, in every detail. Spotless clean space, comfortably big room and bed. Nice, quiet neighbourhood. Easy to check-in/out.

The bathroom is too small, nice and well equipped though.

The staff was extremely helpful and flexible when we had to arrive earlier than the normal occupancy window is, because of a wedding. Not only that, but they have also upgraded the room that we were supposed to stay in, so we basically gooten an apartment for ourselves.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like, really.

The rooms were very clean, spacious and well furnished. The rooms looked like they were recently renovated, the space was very modern and comfortable.

The mattress of the bed was very soft - a bit more firm mattress would have been better for the backs.

Extremely comfortable and good quality mattress, brand new bathroom and room furniture, stable and good WiFi connection, clean and well kept. The setup with the open kitchen and tables for breakfast in the hall was just very functional. I bought myself cereal and pastries and could have a very nice breakfast without any fuss and without bringing breadcrumbs into the room. The location in town is also perfect... Right on the main square. And around the back there is a large parking lot that you can see from the kitchen.

The room I was staying in (quoted at 20sqm) was very small, barely bigger than the bed itself, and for the whole time of my stay I could not get rid of a smokey/stale smell. It was not so intense to disturb me the whole time, but was very noticeable every time I came back into the room. Also, I stayed a whole week, and during that time I did not receive any supply replenishments (towels, instant coffee, etc.). I probably could have asked for them, but it's not automatic.

I had no breakfast

There was a wedding going on and people arrived back around 4am and they were quite noisy. However, this is nothing to do with the pansio and you do not get married frequently, so this was understandable.

Very friendly staff and owners, very accommodating. Nice place with fully equipped kitchen and great broadband.
