The hotel is close to the highway. It has a lovely garden, nice jacuzzi and other facilities. They offer good dinner and breakfast.

What I didn't like the most is that I requested a small surprise for my wife, as we were on our wedding anniversary there, I had received a confirmation that they will be able to arrange that, and then when we arrived the surprise was that there is no surprise at all! The other thing we didn't like is that the swimming pool was rather cold although it was pointed that the water temperature is 24 degrees.

We stayed in the Granada hotel for 5 nights and had a very quiet twin room with a balcony. The beds were comfortable with nice soft pillows. The shower and hot water were good. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast with plenty of food and drink to choose from. The staff were all friendly and very helpful and all spoke a little English which was nice considering the hotel is not in a tourist area. We didn’t use the Spa but believe it was very good. The gardens of the hotel are magnificent with lots of seats and children’s play area. We would definitely stay there again.

I probably wouldn’t class the Granada hotel as 4* as the bedrooms don’t have air conditioning. We were lucky to have a room facing away from the gardens and even in the 30c+, the room was relatively cool. The room was only cleaned when requested.

Excellent personnel which makes you arrival and stay perfect. Restaurant is great, server speak good English and help a lot with your meal choice. Parking place is accessible and under cameras surveillance. Breakfast was delicious and served early so perfect for travelers. I stayed one night so considering that spa closed at 20h00 I couldn't test. Surroundings is beautiful and it's a quiet area for a perfect sleep. Windows are equipped with mosquito net, bathroom has nice shower and it's spacious. Excellent hotel.

Double bed has gap in between the mattress, not perfect for sleeping. Just a personal point of view.

This was our second stay at The Granada Conference Hotel. The hotel is situated about 3 kilometres from the town and very quiet and family friendly. The facilities are amazing and the spa is good, there is even a tenpin bowling alley. The staff are what makes this hotel the best, they are all very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

The only minor issue is that the hot breakfast is usually a bit cold. Maybe cook a little and often or even eggs to order. There is plenty of other options.

Very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful green garden with plants and flowers, the place is very well kept, coffee and food was nice, pool we didn't use but looked nice too in a relaxing area, big playground for kids. Parked the motorbikes outside in the general parking area around the building, they said there are cameras. Bikes were ok but it's not a covered parking area.

Would be nice to have the option to eat a la carte too.

I was suprised by how well-maintained the hotel was given the fact that it is quite an old establishment. I loved the breakfast and the sauna. The staff was lovely and happy to help with anything. They also had plant-based milk options.

The wellness part was very small so we could only enjoy a few minutes after opening, after that it was full. There was a mix-up with the massage bookings. Sadly the tejbegríz had run out before we arrived to get breakfast and they did not restock it.

There was some problem with the booked room (probably with reservation system), but the staff at the reception was very nice and solved the problem quickly and to our satisfaction. Quiet place surrounded by nature and good breakfast.

Stunning location. "Flower 🌺 shower" in the balcony 🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺 Cleanliness throughout Excellent food choices ( worth paying for dinner 🍽️ ) Very friendly staff. Excellent spa facilities: sauna, steam room, salt room, light therapy room , small pool & jacuzzi + outdoor relaxing area with sun loungers.

No Aircon in the room. The room was smaller than expected ( not much space to store a larger suitcase )

The perfect family hotel. Staff is super attentive and friendly. Wonderful spa. Very good breakfast. They also accept pets and it was no issue at all to check in late at night.

The interior is a bit outdated.

Variety of food for breakfast; playground for kids; It is a good option for a night or two.

Very noisy; lots of people talking loud on the hallway at late hours ( thin walls); the pool water was cold
