I really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. It's a nice and quiet place, very clean and thought-through. People working there are friendly, helpful and amiable (I guess management is doing a great job!). The access to the thermals is sooo convenient and fast and warm. We spent lots of time in the baths enjoying ourselves. The ambiance is relaxing and pleasant. The view from our room was magnificent and serene.

There was hard to find something to eat after 19:30...The restaurant was closed, and when we got hungry at 21:00 and went to a nearby place (Vincent) they also told us the kitchen isn't operating although the opening hours are till 23:00 :(( There are very good meal offers in the Aqua restaurant from 11 to 13 and from 17:30 to 19:30, but I wish there were some offers in between. Like can we have dinner for the special price at 15? :) After all, we had to go to MacDonalds and Lidl (15 min walk). Matrasses are too soft for our liking and I didn't get if there is an option to have a double bed. It was too hot in the room and we had to open the balcony door all the time. But again the whole impression of our stay is super pleasant!

This hotel exceeded all our expectations. The hotel is new, with big parking lot, in a quiet part of the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pools and spa were really nice, with two pools with medicinal water and other part several pools with regular water. We enjoyed our stay, and would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a relaxing stay near the beautiful city with nice historic centre. Would recommend it also for families with kids. Great value for money. And last, but not least, all the people who work at the hotel were really helpful and made our stay more enjoyable, thank you!

Hotel was clean and directly connected with the pool. Hotel is not so big so it is not too many people. Breakfast was nice. Spa and pool facilities.

Sauna and bathrobe need to pay extra (not too much but it could be calculate into the price). I thought it was closer to the city center.

The breakfast could have been varied, daily rental fee for the use of the same bathrobe.

The hotel is next to the spa. There is a corridor that connects the hotel and the spa. Entrance to the spa is free for hotel guests. Very good continental breakfast. The staff was very helpful and their English was perfect. We definitely got more than we expected.

Modern hotel , clean , with very friendly staff . Easy parking , close to the centre of the town . Good value for money .

The Hotel is located a little outside the city center in a very quiet and peaceful area. The staff is excellent and super friendly. The price includes access to the SPA next to the Hotel, which is excellent. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was great.
