Great spa facilities with "swimming"pool, jacuzzi, three saunas and steam cabin. Capacity should be okay for the size of the hotel. Breakfast was rich, with a good selection of food and drinks. Location is perfect, a quiet place in a picturesque valley, but still very close to the old town and the castle, where you find an ample selection of wonderful restaurants (like Elefánt, Chill or Fricska). The Zoo is also nearby. Staff was helpful and kind. Very pleased with our time there, thank you.

Standard room (and the bathroom) are a bit small, but perfectly fine for 2 persons. Nothing else.

Location in a quiet, green and calm area. Wellness very nice. A/C in the room, adjustable to your own needs. Breakfast buffet had a nice selection.

Beds were squeaking and it was basically two single beds together. Breakfast was every day the same selection. No real juices for breakfast, especially the orange juice replacement was not drinkable. A/C too noisy to let it run through the night.

The staff were very nice and friendly. It was good for a short rest and relaxation trip. There is a small pool and two tubs, but it was pretty much empty when we were there, I wouldn't want to see it when it's really busy. It was relatively close to the city.

It could do with a lick of paint! And only two of the 4 saunas were working.

The hotel is near to the castle and also about 15 minutes to the city center by walk. If you go to the other direction you have forests and nature, so you can go hiking.

The first morning, there were very few people for breakfast, so instead of a buffet breakfast a table was laid with fresh pepper, cucumber, tomatoes, salami, cheese, fresh rolls, bread slices, fresh orange juice and coffee made to order etc. which was excellent. Second & third morning there was a buffet breakfast with, unfortunately, juice from a machine, however, the rest was excellent. Because it was not very busy, we had the pool, jacuzzi and sauna almost exclusively to ourselves which was a real luxury. Staff was friendly and put on sauna & steam room especially for us whenever we asked for it. Beds were very comfortable and there is enough surface space in the room to put your things. Plenty of hanging space. Also plenty of chairs. Cleaning service was friendly & efficient. Location of the hotel is nice as it is almost on the walking path next to the Sed-stream. Also there is a large walking area very close to the hotel.

No shelf for shampoo, etc. in the shower. Bathroom shelf for toiletries is very small.

I really liked that the hotel is in a valley. The spa area is very well equipped. The staff is kind and helpful. There was a very large selection at the breakfast buffet. Dinner was also very delicious. The rooms are very quiet.

Excellent hotel with excellent, nice, and friendly staff. The food was very delicious. We will definitely visit the place again and recommend it to others with family or collages.

Lovely canyon site where you feel like you are awY from it all, but still very close to city center. Restful.
