The staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious. The second morning we had it on the terrace. The wellness space is atmospheric and the sauna is beautiful. Sometimes we even had the chance to listen to some bird chirping through the speaker. The wellness area has a small outdoor space facing the hills, which is equipped with furniture. The area around is amazing and quiet. We had a nice walk to the neighbouring spring and look-out tower.

My only bas experience was with the deck chairs in the outdoor area of the wellness, as they are partially broken and very uncomfortable, it would be nice having some comfy ones :)

Clean rooms, helpful staff, very tasty breakfasts, impressive wellness zone - saunas, jacuzzi, spacious pool. However it could have been not so deep (1.5 m deep = no use for smaller children...). Parking available at site. Really enjoyed my stay. Convenient location close to the city centre.

The hotel is very close to the city center of Veszprem(10 minutes walk and you will have to take stairs next to a very nice castle like building). However it is still in a very calm place next to two parcs. You can feel being in the nature and in a very relaxed atmosphere. I particularly like the restaurant(Nosztalgia) which serves excellent food with very kind and helpful waiters. I will surely come back!

Honestly, we liked everything. On arrival there is lots of parking available. Check in was very easy and the staff were very nice at reception at all times. The room was comfortable and clean and had a lovely view of the bridge. The shower had good water pressure. The Wellness area was very cute with the set up and was well maintained by the staff with clean towels. They even noticed that I had forgotten to bring my slippers and a pair appeared as if by magic by my things whilst I was swimming, which was a really lovely touch. The decor of the whole building is very nice, and actually representative of the photos on Booking.com (which, let's be honest, is rare!) and there were lots of interesting paintings around the place, in our room, around the hotel and in the wellness area. Breakfast is great. They provide a cooked option which they cook fresh in front of you. There is a good selection of other things to eat as well. The restaurant next door is also fabulous, although if you want to have one of their amazing menu options, you need to prebook it one day in advance. The staff in both were lovely. It is also very central and easy for sightseeing in what is a stunning historic town. I couldn't recommend this place more highly. We stayed for 2 nights, but would happily have stayed longer. We will definitely be back. It's perfect for a nice break from Budapest.

Excellent hotel. Great food in the restaurants and a lovely spa with the hottest sauna. We took the little tourist road train into the centre one day but walked back from the centre in about 15 minutes and it's all downhill in that direction. Veszprem itself has a fantastic historic centre that is all being restored as the city is the 2023 EU cultural capital.

Very quiet, a lot of parking, very friendly and home-made breakfast. Not on the lake but if you have a car it is not a problem to visit the attractions. Very good value for money compare to other options Bonus -a nice zoo only 5-minutes walking

The A/C was old and noisy with unclear control

Cleanliness, staff, room, facilities. The food was amazing too. I do not eat meat, diary and gluten so they made a special selection just for me (at breakfast and in the restaurant)🙏

Everything was perfect, they could have looked after the spa area a bit more frequently and a curtain on the toilet window is advisable.

we really the ambience and the decor. The breakfast is very good . Comfy beds good showers , swimming pool great . Lovely lounge/reception area . we like the location but some people may prefer to be closer to town .

I did try to amend my booking prior to arrival that was unsuccessful , I did feel a bit let down in that little was done to try and help.

the AC went wrong and couldnt sleep the first night it had a very disturbing noise the staff was aware they were arranging the maintenance

Veszprém is a beautiful city and this hotel situated in the middle of the valley. the rooms are clean the massage was excellent and food was the best I’ve ever tasted! Michelin star level! the breakfast was tasty and the service was excellent!I will definitely go back on the next week!
