We linked the location, the SPA was ok. Free parking on site. The location is clean.

The choice of food at dinner was terrible, the food was not fresh. We requested boiled pasta for our kid and we received pasta from the other night, they have boiled us fresh pasta after we complained about that. The windows are very dirty, you can’t open the window for fresh air because the mosquitos will get inside, the window protections are broken…

Great selection of food, own beach, very stylish rooms and hotel interior. The price was very reasonable and worth every cent for the stay

Even though the overall impression is very good, there are a few things to mention / improve: There are no balconies at any of the rooms; There is no outdoor nor sport swimming pool; A drying rack was only in one of 2 rooms we booked; The spa towels were not changed once for our stay (if we asked, they would probably change it, but the cleaning staff never did it)

The breakfast was great, a wide variety of foods and different types of coffees, plus fruit and a few different items changed every other day (mostly the same every morning, not a bad thing though). Dinner was different every night, plenty of options to choose from including fish every day, we loved everything about it and well worth the extra money to have it included, especially since there are not many restaurants in the area (other than fast food ones). The pool and spa were great, we want to come back in the colder season to be able to fully enjoy the saunas too. The pool was heated and rarely crowded even if it was the middle of the summer season. The private beach is about 5 minutes away, plenty of sunbeds and a nice restaurant for snacks. We will definitely come back to this hotel!

My only complaint is related to the room, although I knew it did not have a balcony when I made the reservation, this proved to be quite a problem. There are not a lot of places where you can hang wet bathing suit, towels or robes so we had to improvise and put them on the shower glass door (sometimes on the chairs too) so they dry out a little bit until the next day. If you stay only a few days it would be ok but we stayed for a week so it became a full time job :) and with kids too this would be even more annoying :) Maybe a suggestion: adding a few more hangers would help.

Food was amazing, as well as spa & pool area. Stuff is kind, and we enjoyed our stay!

The hotel is renovated and was equipped well. It is quite close to the lake Balaton and to the small city center. You can park your car in dedicated parking place within the hotel area (for extra charge) or close to the hotel on the road. The bed was really comfortable. We have enjoyed the wellness area and especially the Sauna Seance (event). There are 4 different types of saunas and one steam bath. Pools are relatively big but unfortunately you do not have a chance to swim. Food is fantastic. There were always more options and the chef is cooking really well (we had breakfast and dinner).

I cannot really complain anything. Maybe there are 2 things to mention: a.) We did not use air condition as we have had our accommodation in March, but for some reason the room was always quite warm in the morning - while outside there was not even 10 Celsius. b.) one of the elevator was not working (out of 4) and when there are lot of people in the hotel 4 elevators are not enough during dinner time. And that means that 3 were even worse... these 2 things can maybe bit improved but the hotel is really great. I would recommend it.

Everything is great. Food, great selection and everything was delicious, both breakfast and dinner. The spa is excellent, the pool looks smaller in the pictures, but it is quite large, it consists of two parts for adults and one part for children. Excellent saunas, steam bath, there is always plenty of ice in the saunas. The room is smaller but very clean, bathroom without a single stain, bathrobes, towels. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful (my husband speaks Hungarian, and I speak English, it's interesting that the staff everywhere remembered that and spoke to us in those languages). Cafe on the roof of the hotel with a great view. All recommendations. We will certainly be guests again.

Fantastic, modern hotel, our room on the 11th floor offered amazing view to Lake Balaton. Saunas are nice (there are 5 different), the Finnish sauna was really hot. The breakfast was very tasty and with great selection of products. The masseurs in SPA were really nice and my skin was so soft and smooth after the treatment! The neighbourhood is also very quiet in February and you can really find your peace in Balatonalmádi! During our stay there were almost only Hungarian guests which I see rather as advantage :)

The dinner offer was rather poor, drinks were charged extra. Most people use sauna in swim suit. Some employees speak very little English (e. g. in dinner restaurant on -1 level), but as I started learning Hungarian it was a good advantage to practice it :)

Breakfast and dinner were enjoyable. The kids' area was well-maintained and spacious. Comfortable parking options.

The staff's English proficiency was limited, and service at both the bar and the reception was average. The junior reception staff did not display the level of hospitality expected from a good hotel. The kids' pool was out of service. Not enough elevators, resulting in long wait times. The hotel is large and deserves better care and more attention to detail.

Well equipped hotel, wide selection of meals, comfortable beds, large shower cabin, nice staff, welness area was great. Close to the city center.

Nearby train traffic could be heard inside the room even with the windows closed. Very slow wifi. Water leaking out of the shower cabin. Despite daily cleaning, the bathroom shows its age in the critical spots... Some of the pool massage zones just didn't work. Lack of parking spots.

1. Nice view and facilities 2. Most of the staff made a effort to communicate and understand each and another with the guest 3. The skybar cocktails were great and the staff there very nice as well! 4. The pool was great!

1.The receptionist, kind of arrogant and not so patience a blond guy, other receptionist were OK. 2. The elevators were slow 3. The apartment could have been more clean, the window for the view was not clean, there was a gray hair in the sheet.
