My family had a great time at this hotel. It is absolutely perfect for young kids. Facilities are amazing, all public areas have been renovated recently to a very high standard. Huge choice of saunas, including my favourite infrared. Quality of food is very high; my kids loved various meats, porridge, chicken and sides. Local white wine is very good. Staff are very well trained and generally nice and friendly. Most people do speak some English, so communication was not an issue.

Beauty treatments and massages are good and reasonably priced, so some days were fully booked. We stayed during low season so probably during high seasons treatments need to be booked well in advance.

The outside area was very nice; nice playground for children outside right next to the restaurant, also nice inside playground, nice green grass, some trees where you can hide from the sun, food was very nice, eventhough first dinner was mostly about fried food, but second was delicious, prosecco for breakfast, staff spoke very good english, there was one very big pool and small pool for kids

We didnt find any change rooms in the pool area, also you had to ask for towels in order to get them. And one smal detail, the rooms was nice but if they change the curtains to something more neutral or more modern, the room will look much nicer, but overall well recommended

The art and craft program for the children was fantastic, and the lady who ran it was really kind and engaging. Both the indoor and outdoor playgrounds were excellent, and the kids' pool was very pleasant. On top of all that, we had an amazing view from our window — a real highlight of our stay.

The food must have been full of MSG, which my husband is intolerant to. He suffered a lot, and during the two nights we stayed at the hotel, he wasn’t able to sleep at all. The water in the pool was nowhere near the advertised temperature of 25°C, and it was heavily chlorinated.

The yard is splendid with plenty playgrounds and beach chairs with shade. The hotel is on the lake shore, and the view is great. The massage was brilliant. Emese is a true artist. The room balcony was and the indoor playgrounds very nice as well. The indoor swimming pool has lake view.

The room and bathroom furniture a bit old, the cleaning could be better. We found stuff under the bed, hair in the bathroom. We had half board and the dinner could have been better. However the outside restaurant a la carte was delicios.

Hotel is well located, Tihany and Siófok is just a 30 min drive away. We really liked the beaches around the area including the hotel own beach. The water is everywhere shallow (until your hips in the hotel and until your knee or less in Siófok) The hotel is nicely equipped, the room was spacious expect the bathroom, it had a very narrow shower cabine, otherwise we were satisfied. The public facilities are well looked after, and 100% family friendly. Every age will find entertainment in the hotel. The half board buffet is exceptional. The cooks are really good and every evening was a wide selection of food, desserts, fruits and veggies. Breakfast was the same. Overall I would definitely reccomend the hotel specially for families, because the lots of entertainment for kids what the hotel offers will make fathers-mothers feel less stressful and more free.

We had half board and drinks were not included, so we ordered every evening some drinks. On the top of each bill was charged two kind of service charge. One was 27% and then another 5%. When I asked the staff to explain about the service charge, they had no answer for me, Theey said they don't know how it works and that the government figured it out. Then I got another explanation, that the 27% service charge is a tax for the country and the 5 % is what the staff gets. It's ridiculous, because we ate outside of the hotel too and the highest service charge what we paid was 14%. So be careful.

This was one of the best family hotels we experienced so far. Even though its a family hotel its not chaotic but rather relaxing. Perfect location right next to the lake, lots of activities, indoors swimmingpool for rainy days, well kept area, great service, food is also good for most of the time and there is parking. Rooms are spacious.

Meals, staff, facilities, views - everything deserves 5 stars As per location- you can drive to both sides of the lake from there Focused on a children’s care and entertainment - from a crib at the pool to electric cars - favorite activity every morning.

I recommend to put lights on outside kids playground, so the kids could play longer after dark. The ones from terrace are not sufficient.

Nice dinner,close to the balatons beach, cakes and fruits (but should also be on breakfasy especially watermelons).

Hmm bilard sticks were broken ..but generally no big complains.. was ok
