2nd time here, I love the location.It's a lovely apartment. The staff was nice. Parking is free in the street. Nice spa in the hotel what you can also use, not just a hotel guest.

The rooms are outdated a bit. The couch and the sofas need a good clean. I only gave 4 stars because the bathroom was outdated, and we couldn't shower for a day as the shower tray was broken. The next day, they switched us to another apartment. They also need new pillows as not a high quality.

The staff is extremely kind and helpful. We had a few request, all immediately answered. The apartments are in second row to the lake. Great big balcony and view. The garden so beautiful and clean. The nature around the hotel is amazing.

Wifi was a little bit weak. The third bed (couch) was a little used / uncomfortable. No beach bars close by (we went 1st May).

Location was ok, easy to find, we stayed just for 1 night in transit to Italy. The suite and the apartment with 1 bedroom (reserved when we came back) were ok, with almost all you need to prepare whatever you want for breakfast (coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator etc.), the bathroom well enough (but without towels or shower gel) and a balcony to drink your coffee. We had the opportunity to pay for breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant (because, in October when we stayed there, all the restaurants near our location were closed).

The apartment needed a refresh (the furniture in the room and balcony and the sanitary facilities in the bathrooms) after the summes season.

The apartment is very spacious, great living room, kitchen, bedroom, the patio is also really great. It is close to the beach, but you can also find some shops nearby.

Nothing much, first we couldn’t find the proper entrance, but it was rather our lack of knowledge. Once we’ve found it all was good :)

The room was comfortable and decently clean.

We set our gos to the address given but it was on the wrong street. We were at the fence but didn't know how to get in. We figured it out and finally found the reception. I guess our overall impression was that the proprietors want to do the bare minimum for their guests. Several things in the apartment needed fixed. The floor was mopped with no soap so was streaked In spite of the fact that there were many things that bothered us we will likely return

Excellent location. There is an on-site restaurant. You can have breakfast or dinner (buffet). Also their is a bar on the top floor with play room my pre teens love the game room. We had a penthouse booked with a nice view. Rooms are big. Parking is free outside.

It was no garbage bag , or towels you needed to ask reception to get it. Floor wasn't clean our feet was really dirty we had to wear a slippers.

Large size apartment, close to the public beach and lake Balaton. Ideal for families who want to cook and with children. Wellness area is wonderful with infra sauna.

Far from downtown. No cafe or grocery store in walking distance. You definitely need a car to get around. We found dirty spots around the property even though there were at least 10 cleaning ladies around.

Great location, modern new apartment

overall was nice and clean except the balcony had a lots of spider webs and the balcony glass windows could be cleaner! we didn’t get towels for the bathroom until the second day!
