A beautiful baroque hotel consisting of three villas with app. and the rooms. The very thick walls, the older facade and the high ceilings in the rooms give a special charm and atmosphere to the stay. So I'm sorry to read the reviews that the facade needs to be renovated, no, it's not necessary, it's beautiful just so old. Because of the thick walls, the air conditioning that it cools perfectly, it's almost not needed even in the summer heat, but they also prevent us from hearing noise or conversations from other rooms, commendable. We were especially impressed by the outdoor area, the huge parking lot and the large park. A park with a perfectly maintained lawn, sandpit, playground for children, wooden tables with glass tops (we had breakfast there 🤫), benches with XXL umbrellas, but also in the shade of huge trees in the hotel park. In the evening, peace and quiet, many guests instead of going out into the city, enjoy the hotel park with a glass of drink, tea. The rooms are large, the beds are very comfortable, we slept like in few hotels in the EU. The bathroom is spacious, the shower cabin is so comfortable that two people can shower together. Warm, hot water 0-24, and the bathroom is complete with enough towels and toiletries, shower gel, etc. Important!! The owner thought about the safety of the guests, especially the older ones, in the shower cabins there are beautiful, small, non-slip ceramic tiles. The breakfast is prepared by a very competent, younger gentleman, and there is plenty of everything. Several types of fruit, vegetables, eggs in several ways, sausages, hot dogs, sweet spreads, honey, coffee, tea, several types of juices, yogurt, muesli, delicious warm, crispy sweet and salty pastries, etc. Special thanks to the ever-present, respected Mrs. Ivett Gunics, who is perfectly capable of running such a beautiful hotel. Always helpful, she's always there, unprecedented professionalism and kindness that delighted us. Thanks to Mrs.

The hotel is in an older but very charming building and the interior is very nicely renovated. It also has a very well-maintained garden area with lots of shade under the mature trees. The room, the bathroom and the bed were clean and spacious. The front desk manager was very nice and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection of ham, cheese, eggs, cereals, spreads, pastries, etc. We’d stay here again whenever we visit Siofok.

This hotel is in the heart of the party street and exactly at the entrance of Plazs&beach. Rooms are spacious and have a special character, the garden is beautiful, breakfast was great in the garden and we could safely park the car in the closed parking area. The lady who operates the place is super kind.

It is not really a negative but comes with this location: when booking for summer, be aware that there are numerous discos, bars, restaurants in the nearby with loud music till 5 am in the morning on the weekends. The windows do block good portion of the noise but cannot block it completely. Of course f you are there at the party too or tired enough after the night, you won’t notice it :)

Funky renovation style in a modernized beatiful maison building. The garden of the property is safe for chilling and kids to play. The fence gate opens by key card so kids cannot run out. The place is just 1 corner away from the main nightlife street (in summer it might be noisy), and few min from the lake. We really liked the amazing selection of fresh food at breakfast (8-10AM). Good point for 11AM checkout time. We would be happy to come back here next time and recommend to others as well.

Some drunk guests can be noisy.

The location The hotel is very well located, right in the center. In the back of the hotel is a public tennis court, and if you walk a little further, you will find a park. It is close to all the main restaurants and most of the bars. You enter the gate with an access card. When you check in, you just have to press the bell and someone will come to open the gate for you. The room I had a very nice, big, bright and clean room!!! I had even 2 balconies. I did not expect such a large room with so many utilities. Staff The staff made sure we had everything we needed. Every time we needed a suggestion, they did not disappoint us. utility The staff provided us with a kettle, teas, coffee and a coffee maker. I also had an iron and an ironing board. Everything was fully functional. Noise I saw in the comments that many complain about the noise.... You have to be VERY sensitive to be bothered by that noise. We could rest without problems. Breakfast Gosh, the hotel had a fantastic breakfast. 10 types of juice/lemonade. Many pastries and a wide variety of salami and vegetables. I had the pleasant surprise of discovering many fruits. Of course, the omelette and sausages were indispensable.

Even though we had two balconies, they were dusty and full of spiders. I would like them to be cleaner. Except this, nothing else.

Everything was way beyond what we expected. Helpfull host, beutifull yard, 5 star feeling. Will recomend and definitlly will come back again.

Internet was a bit slow, but rest was so good that it did not even matter.

Location was perfect! The hotel staff were also very accommodating to our needs. The property is everything you need for a weekend getaway with your young child. We had a great time, thank you!

we did not have room service (not a problem for us), there are not too many hooks, especially in the bathroom

Breakfast was nice, good choice of food every day. Location of the hotel was really good, very close to the paid beach, and not far from the railway station. All in all I was satisfied.
