When I searched for a hotel where to stop with my family to rest for a night, I found this hotel but it was saying that the reception is closing at 8 pm which was a problem as we where supposed to arrive around 10 pm, so I called and asked if someone will be able to help me and they answered that I’ll find an anvelope at the reception with my name and the key inside and when I arrived the anvelope was waiting for me. The room spacious and comfortable, clean, also the breakfast very good with so many choices Highly recommend Good value for the price that you pay

wide range of breakfast, staff refill even at the end of the breakfast period balcony for every room clothes dryer rack for every room fan-coil system (better than an air conditioner) good location, near to free beach, 1-2 minutes own pool (including a children's pool) family friendly place

no receptionist after 8 p.m. lot of family, lot of children, not for couples or for honeymoon :) playground and pool are in shadow only afternoon wifi connetction is weak (2nd floor)

Quiet location, surrounded by high quality holiday homes, next to the free Silvery bay beach. The hotel is freshly renovated comfortable rooms, very child-friendly. Beds are comfortable. We had pool view room - lovely view during the day and evening. The pool was great, as well as the bar next to it, with cozy music. Breakfast was good and enough (coffee is tasty). We did not go for half board, and it was a good decision as we discovered Calypso restaurant 10 min walk to the left on the shore, where they have excellent food. We definitely recommend the hotel, we will come back for sure

Shower next to the pool would be great. Broken and moving tails around the pool should be changed/fixed - it is such a great pool, with nice quality tails, it should be taken care of. The fence next to playground and bar should be fixed as there are missing parts, and the sand at the playground should be better maintained (half of the playground was not covered by sand, it was like construction ground). The lawn around the building should be maintained better - these details are essential to make the guests feel great and spend more time in the hotel area = spend more at the bar. Our room was next to heavy smokers so we could not enjoy the balcony - it should be forbidden to smoke on the balcony, because this ruins the non-smoking guests experience.

A hotel is located only about 100 meters from the beach and moreover, it also has an outdoor pool. The breakfast menu was satisfying. The room was pretty well equipped with a sofa, balcony, and an outside window blind that was really useful.

We were there after main season so dinners had ordered only for three rooms. So menu was pretty limited but it was not so bad. We would appreaciate if hotel would have an elevator and free parking.

Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and the shower superb. Breakfast was very good in the morning and my motorcycle was parked safely in the car park on site. Very close to the lake and walking distance to a supermarket.

All good.. but I didn't realise I would have to pay extra to park in their car park.

We spend there only one night. For our needs was perfect. Kids had opportunity to swim in the pool, other outdoor activieties was also possible (equipment available in the reception). Lake was visible from family room. Small refrigerator was available. Vary helpful stuff and really good breakfast included to room price. Excellent value for such price.

very loud air condition : you cannot switch it off, its very loud when it works and its steered centrally... so if u want to let it switch off u ve to go next day to reception desk round 70-80 decibels

Very nice location, friendly staff. The selection of food was not too big but all the food was super delicious, especially the soups.

The rooms were clean when we checked-in of course but you have to ask if you want a cleaning during your stay. It was a bit weird.

Ideal place to stay for few nights. Very convenient late online check in. We arrived at 9pm and just took our keys in envelope on reception. Breakfast was good (as per hotel of such price). Kids liked swimming pool a lot and lake is just near by.

Very bed sound isolation. We heard very loud conversation from neighbours until 1 am.

It totally worth the price we paid. It is a family place and has internal parking for the cars and the swimming pool was very nice and handy while the hotel is just 2 minutes walk to the lake.

The dishes, cups and cuttlery at the breakfast were not clean! I checked more than 20 dishes and all were dirty or with some stains on them. After asking the staff they took them away, but there were almost no other clean dishes to take.
