The breakfast was very good, even if not very varied. A pleasant start to the day! Great location, close to both the city center and the promenade, lake, and boat departure point. Very peaceful and beautiful, surrounded by old maple trees. Free parking available. Dinner was also good. We received champagne, welcome drinks, and farewell gifts — a lovely touch!

I didn't like the bathtub in the room — while it looks fancy, it's not very practical, especially for older guests. You have to be careful not to splash or flood the surrounding area, and getting out of the tub without support can be tricky. Personally, I prefer having a proper bath in a bathroom.

Staff were all very friendly, always there to help if needed with a smile on their faces. Loved that we were welcomed with a bottle champagne plus a welcome drink in the cafe and even got a departure gift. Very thoughtful. Breakfast was always plenty and beautifully presented.

Staff were very nice and accommodating. Breakfasts were excellent. We also paid for the dinner services on premises. Dinner services were very convenient and offered a lot of choices. The food was decent. Desserts were outstanding. The rooms were clean and nice, though the walls could use a fresh coat of paint, and the beige carpeting could use a good shampoo or perhaps should just be replaced. The location of the property is perfect -- close to Lake Balaton and the town center.

The only thing I did not like was the air freshener pumped into the toilet room (which was separate from the larger bathroom with a shower). It was very strong and allergy-inducing. Something lighter or just a simple fan would have been better.

There were 2 spacious rooms, it had an electric charging station, close to the beach and the center, reception mode was ok, champagne from the house, a non-alcoholic drink at the cafe from the house

The room had some problems, for example the door to the bathroom was swollen from the humidity and it was very difficult to close, the door to the shower did not close and the whole bathroom flooded, the breakfast was a bit poor but good

Very nice and friendly staff, clean rooms, small swimming pool a nice addition to finish a day. Very nice place to have some calm, relaxing time.

Our first day was Tuesday out of season and the dinner choice was extremely poor. The 2nd evening there were many more people staying in the hotel and the dinner choice was much better. Unfortunately this a spoiled quite a lot the 1st impression. Also would be nice if all the options, bobles in the swimming pool worked better - these worked limited time and mainly in 1-2 places, too few for the family of 4…

The location was very good, within walking distance of the town. We enjoyed that they offered dinner and breakfast and the staff were very friendly. It was a nice gesture to receive free drinks vouchers for the cafe downstairs.

The bath situation in the middle of the room is strange and makes it difficult to shower. The water didn’t drain properly and our aircon never worked so it got a bit hot at times.

Nice relaxing place, secured private parking, warm and big room. Fantastic coffee shop and bar in the object, where you can try coffee from the whole world. Spa is nice, not so big, but wasn't overcrowded in any time. We also got welcome drinks in coffee bar, and champagne in the room. Spaghetti at dinner was one of the best I ever tried. Toilet is separated from bathroom, great idea.

The minimal drawback is that there is no bread for dinner.

This accomodation is close to the center, the lake and trainstation. Parking was possible behind the gate of the property. The setup of the room is good. People of this accomodation are friendly. They serve many kinds of great coffee. It was the perfect base for us. The main reason for us to go to Siofok was the Ballaton Sound festival. It was very easy to go to the festival by train. Breakfast was good. There is a pool with watertemperature 32-34c which was really nice.

Some minor remarks: some maintenance is needed for the bathroom. (yellow marks in the shower). A chair on the balcony is damaged and the pool needs some maintenance as well. (rusty bars, paint, tiles)

The hotel is 4 stars . but when we checked out 10 pm ( the check out is until 10 am） , we can not keep small size luggage in hotel reception for several hours. we must go to train station and lock the luggage in train station. for the guests who would like keep a several hours is not convenient. actually the staff is very kind.
