We found a room last-minute and booked quickly as everything was sold out in high-season. We were in transit and we have a dog - there was no extra charge. There was no parking left but we found a spot on the street between the trees. After booking I read the reviews so was expecting the worst but was pleasantly surprised as the room was modern and very clean. There was no soundproofing however there was no persistent noise, just the odd door slamming. The bathroom was small but modern and everything worked very well. We had a plentiful breakfast.

The room was on the ground floor and had an open terrace overlooking the car park. There was no aircon and we couldn’t have the terrace door open as the dog could get out and into the car park. We used the ventilator provided to cool.

Great location - walking distance from the main station (both bus and train) and about a 5-minute walk to the beach. Well-equipped, clean, and modern interior. The room was a bit hot - no air-conditioning, but they supplied a fan, as well as access to a great-sized terrace. Breakfast was also included in the price. The receptionist was a gem, very polite, welcoming, and helpful. Overall, it was a positive experience.

We both enjoyed our breakfasts. The staff were very attentive. The chamber maids were also very helpful. The location is very central for the railway station, the bus station, the town, the museums, bicycle rental, the beach, the port and all eateries and entertainment.

We complained about the noise from a neighbouring room and the night staff dealt with this as best they could. The town tends to get rather noisy at night but the hotel can't really do anything about this and nor would we expect them to. It is part & parcel of staying in Siofok. The view from the balcony overlooking a large car park was not very inspiring.

Cleaning should be more thorough - we had to clean spiders, mosquitos in the room, one bed had hair on pillow and sheets.. Windows and doors to the balcony are outdated. Had to ask for soap in the shower. Coffee machine at breakfast very slow causing queues.

The room was very clean and neat. Location is excellent! Beach clubs everything just nearby. Staff is very friendly. Very good that the hotel has its own parking plot.

No air conditioning,no elevator, I guess these will be built in later.

Our room was just behind the breakfast room, quite busy in the morning, double bed was maybe 140cm.

The hotel is really, nice, the room is very comfy.
