I loved the idea that the bathroom and the bedroom was separated from the kitchen on another floor.Also kitchen was well-equipped and everything was very clean.Overall it's the best accomodation in the neighbourhood for its price.

It would be useful to have a cheese grater in the kitchen.Also it would be nice to place some kind of showergel in the bathroom at least if towels are already given.Also the apartmant seems to be bigger in the pictures ,but that's not a problem.However, the sockets are badly placed,it was behind our bed in the bedroom and if your charger's head is bigger it can't fit and you can't charge your phone or use your laptop.

Like 90% properties on booking, they "try" to save power with light bulbs like candles!!! absolutely blow mind... one 2000lumen bulb with LED take aprox 15W of energy! NOTHING!!! why keep as on light like shit? Key recovery...another stupid experience...we paid in advance all. They didnt get the acces code to recover key until we try to send 3Euro for turist tax....but of course, like any thing in Hungary, internet works terrible, so was impossible to do it. Finaly, he accept to let us in, cause we told that we have cash and can pay at the property. But ...nobody is there... Tip for traveling in HU!!!! take food with you!! friday evening, saturday night, doesnt mather, you will find everything CLOSED start from 16.00 - 17,00. So no restaurants, nothing!!

it is close (5 min walk) to the lake, quite modern building, equipped with everything you would need for a short stay. We stayed there only one night on our way back home, it was cheap and sufficient for a need.

the breakfast package left in the apartment was a joke. this place is very small, enough for couple but 4 people can feel really overwhelmed. walls are paper thin, we have some loud neighbours, bring your ear plugs.

We enjoyed our staying in Villa Oliver very much! Villa is not far from the lake. We walked along the embankment, it was a good and quiet atmosphere. There were all facilities in the apartment which we needed. In the morning we found a basket with food, so we had a good breakfast. The host is very helpful and pleasant!

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the lake. The staff are very nice. The hotel provides bicycles for guests to use. Cycling by the lake is a good experience.

The room is small, especially the bathroom. The electric kettle in the kitchen is not very clean. We don’t use it. Check-out time is too early just 10 o’clock.

Nice place, really enjoyed it! Breakfast overall was good, but we did not see that the bucket was put next to our entrance door and found it only when leaving!

It's a bit run down. A little maintenance whould do a lot! Bathroom door doesn't close properly and some of.the wooden floor needs to changed. Breakfast could be served outside in the beautiful courtyard but they give you a little basket to take it to your room, but we still went outside to eat it:)

We spent one night at Villa Oliver 1, in a very nice, cosy, quiet and clean room, with a beautiful garden and very close to the lake.

The room was smaller than we expected. There was a coffee maker available in the room, but no coffee beans inside. We arrived rather late and it took us some time to find the room number, because it was not explicitly marked on the entrance door! The breakfast was not their strongest point, but we appreciated it was provided for three persons (our child included), although it was a double, not a triple room.

Close to the beach, parking available, the host was very nice and allowed us to check in late. The breakfast was OK. One of the small package of butter was already used, but it was a small mistake, could had happen to anyone.
