Great location, next to the beach. Good breakfast and great dinner buffet. Very spatious room with balcony. We have been Very happy with the stay at the hotel.

The only thing we were dissapointed in was, that they did not open the bar at the top floor according to the oppenig hours.

Great location, good reception employees, hotel parking...

No cleaning rooms every day, restaurant staff do not speak English, problems with opening windows...

1- Very friendly staff: We did not like our room and wanted to have a room with the lake view, they easily did it for us and gave us what we wanted. At first, we intended to stay 2 nights, but we decided to extend our stay for one more night. we simply asked them and they gave us another room with the lake view immediately. Air condotioner was not working and they sent someone to fix it while we were out. 2- All the rooms have a large balkony 3- Good quality food: We had our dinner for three nights at the place and every night the food was different. Acceptable breakfast 4- Plenty of car parking places are available free of charge in front of the hotel

1- The beds were too soft for me. Had back pain every morning 2- The pool was closed. We had one rainy day during our stay and it was not possible to swim in the lake. Unfortunately the hotel's pool was closed.

We stayed only one night, but we were very happy with this experience. The hotel is easy to find, the room was very spacious and confortable, hudge terrace and windows facing the Balaton lake, perfect temperature inside. The staff was very kind. We had Halfboard included (dinner and breakfast) and we were very satisfied with both - varied and tasty.

Huge room size, bathroom was also larger than average, everything very clean.

Room fridge was pretty small, also wellness facilities were quite limited, sauna not working properly. Breakfast and dinner were very basic, somehow expected a bit more options on menu.

Very nice and renewed building, very spacious apartments with large balcony.

We got a room with 2 single beds due to availability and for me the mattress was way too soft.

20 m from Balaton, great beds, very clean and spacy rooms, in total very clean hotel , smiling personnel, helpful and friendly, very rich breakfast

chicken breasts at dinner were cold, serving of cakes not refilled so we didt get any (not hard feelings as we went to town for a dessert)

Food was excellent, also the staff was very helpful and friendly.

I think the wellness part might be bigger and one of the saunas did not work.

The room was very clean and had perfect size, was enough space for 2 adults and 2 active kids. The balcony was spacious too. Breakfast and dinner had variate options. The hotel is in a nice and quiet location, perfect for relaxation purpose.

I liked everything, just I would like to suggest to Hotel to pay more attention for the restrictive menus like gluten free, lactose free. In Hungary can find easily such products which can be used to cover the breakfast and other necessary meals. I think it will be a big plus, and could attract more tourists with restrictive diets, like me who could finally be able to enjoy a real vacation without cooking or without being afraid that in case of contamination their vacation will be ruined.
