Clean and spacious apartment. The shower and the toilet are separated. Very large parking for the guests. The check-in is remote, at your pace, no need for waiting. The apartment is more suitable for the summer months, because it's not far away from the Balaton lake.

The apartment is pretty cold in cold weather. There is, an air conditioner, which cannot heat the floor. For the check-in you should install an application. We've ordered the room in the, same day in the morning, had some headache with installing the application, scanning the IDs and etc. Till you hadn't completed all the payment, including te city taxes, you cannot get the key information. Which is regularly would be OK, but not when you order the room in the last moment. The breakfast is what it is on the pictures. There is a coffee machine, but no filters and no coffee, so for one night stay it's irrelevant.

It's a nice villa really close to the lake. Rooms are quite big and very clean. Breakfast is served in a basket left by the front of your door. I only staid for one night, just a pit stop on my way home.

My room was facing the street and there are train tracks really close so you can hear every train that goes by. Beds were not that comfortable for me. And for January it was a bit cold in the room. There is only AC, not other heating source. But this is a destination for summer not winter in my opinion.

Being in Olivier Siofok 2 for the 3rd or 4th time, the wear and tear of the facility is noticeable. (noisy fans in the bathroom and toilet, creaking doors, dirty walls and drawers in the kitchen, it gives the impression of neglect) apart from that the bedrooms are clean, the equipment of the apartments for a stay is sufficiently close to the lake, free parking spaces for cars, and the trains are really not bothersome because there are few of them at night.

The neighbourhood and the courtyard are great, free parking is available. We moved in the same day because we had a day reservation, we got a room on the top floor, which is a bit difficult to get up to with luggage. The room was as expected. The beach is just a few minutes away.

The reception was not in the same place where we got our accommodation, so we had to go one street away to get the key. I didn't see this at the time of booking, but maybe it was my fault.

Although we could not go to the reception in their working hours, the staff was kind in chat and offered an alternative way to pay. The garden was nice and spacious, it was not sacrificed for more apartments. The apartment was clean with simple and convenient furniture, just right for our stay. The apartment had separate air conditioners for the living room and the bedroom, both of which were quiet.

The shower looks nice, but the doorless and rimless design is very impractical, it is almost impossible to keep the bathroom floor dry. The shower head lacked an insulator ring, so water spurted out in all directions from the handle. The shower cabin also had a leak somewhere, so a stream of water ran out of the bathroom to the kitchen after taking a shower. The button of the electric kettle did not work, it was always on. These were minor inconveniences, which I am sure will be dealt with for the next season.

recently had the pleasure of residing in this apartment, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail in the design and furnishings created a stylish and inviting atmosphere. The seamless communication with the property management team added to the overall positive experience. If you're looking for a top-notch apartment with all the comforts of modern living, this is the place for you.

Close to the lake, pretty clean, flat has own kitchen. There is little forest behind the building (was not the season yet, so tables and hairs were dirty, but in the season it should be very nice to spend the time here!).

Kitchen could be better equipped. Some stuff, like electric kettle are old and not for use anymore. There is no wooden spoon to use with a pan (so pan gets scratched pretty quick). But those are minor things.

Roomy apartments with mini kitchen. 2 bathrooms. Nice backyard. Parking on closed territory inside.

Property located near the railway, a bit noisy when trains are passing by. There are no breakfast served, but a breakfast box with a packed stuff was left in the room that is not a good idea on our opinion. We may purchase a better selection of food for breakfast on our choice for this price.

A nice location, although close to railway very quiet and peaveful at night. Also clean, easy access and free parking.

Really spacious and clean. We liked the AC in every room and that each bedroom had a private bathroom. The beds were really comfortable! The breakfast is served in a basked in the room and it is okay - toast, salami, croissant (packed), apple, tea, coffee...

Reception is not visible - I would recommend putting a sign on the property so guests know where to go (behind the villa). The stove in the Villa was not working properly. It would also be nice if the way from the parking to the Villa was lit - we came in the night and didn't really see in the dark.
