We loved the spa part as there were multiple saunas and pools to choose from. We really enjoyed that there was an interactive table where we could play either a memory game or chess. The interior is very welcoming and the staff was super friendly and helpful. They definitely elevated our experience.

The bed was unfortunately uncomfortable. One of the saunas was not on the temperature as it said on the door but was still a lovely experience. There was a table dedicated for a staff member within the spa area to hand out towels but nobody showed up at any point.

Great hotel, clen and spacious room. Sadly it was cold so we didn't use outside pool, indoor pool look bigger on picture but it was great because mostly time we were alone Breakfast was really delicious.

There's no buffe table during dinner, you can only choose between 4 meals (yss, there's two different soups), sometimes two of the menu was for vegetarians. We didn't found this information during reservation. So we didn't like the meals combination.

The location of the Hotel is excellent, the range and quality of food is impeccable (both breakfast and dinner), the staff is helpful, kind and polite, the common areas and rooms are both clean, I definitely recommend to visit!

Unfortunately, not all wellness units worked (one sauna was out of order), and sauna sheets were not available permanently. Wide drink selection at the bar but there is room for improvement in price/value ratio.

The meals package attracted us to the hotel so it is important in our opinion of our stay. Breakfast was quite good with plenty of variety incorporating both hot and cold courses. Dinner was similar but we were a little disappointed with the cooking overall finding a few items overcooked in the mains. Excellent soups providing options we hadn’t tasted before (we’re Australian and we’re keen to try new tastes). Other than the food we found all the hotel facilities to be in good condition, clean and easy to use eg pool, heated pool and bar.

There really wasn’t anything about our stay that would stop us from staying at Aura again. The staff were easy to communicate with and met all our demands. It would have been a bonus to have a view of the lake but guess you have to pay more to get that extra.

main course was served only warm ..better they take longer to ensure hot when served. Water was v expensive when we can drink tap:-( Swimsuit in sauna incl peeling salt in sauna all over swimsuit. Suggestion for next guests...book treatments in advance

This hotel is great. The rooms are nice and clean, bed is comfortable, reception and other stuff are helpful. Ice machine from the Span area was not working, but it was the only thing that I could say was missing. Everything else was great.

All good :) Only interesting thing, is that the hotel does not have "Sport 1" channel, so we could not watch couple of important matches in the TV. They have a lot of German channels, but very few Hungarians. Nothing to complaint about it though, usually in this hotel you don't come to watch TV :D but for these 2 specific matches would have been nice to have that channel.

The hotel's excellent location allows you to reach the central part of the city on the waterfront. Since we were out of season, the area was very quiet and the hotel was not full. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They talked very enthusiastically about what is worth seeing in the city and made many recommendations. Breakfast and dinner were very tasty. For both meals, there was an appetizer, salad and soup laid out in advance for dinner, and cold meats and fruit for breakfast. For the main course or breakfast, hot food could be chosen from a menu. I liked this very much, because in addition to the fact that the food is freshly prepared, perhaps not a lot of leftovers are made and thrown away in the end. The room was nice, I really liked the balcony. It was spacious, we could easily fit the two of us in it. The internal wellness department was working. Although the water could have been a little warmer by 2-3 degrees, it was good to relax there.

It's a matter of comfort and habit, but the bed's mattress was very soft...of course, this can be uncomfortable for a stomach sleeper, but also for a back sleeper. I admit, unfortunately, I didn't wake up fresh the first mornings.

Room was good however; no tea and coffee facilities as stated in the brochure. The balcony was not cleaned whilst we were there or even before as it was covered in bird muck and cobwebs. The paint was peeling on the balcony so no where to hang towels etc? Bar was very expensive - £8 for a small beer and a coke is extortionate . Ducks permanently in the swimming pool - not hygenic

Service, the quality of food, tasty drinks, good wine, swimming pool, massage!

I think it's high time you got a new coffee machine in the breakfast room, the worst cappuccino I've ever tasted :-D

A small and private hotel, not crowded. Breakfast and dinner were very good taste and good looking also. Cakes were delicious. Spa Center is very clean and the staff was very kind, even if they didn’t all spoke English. A lot of parking space also, even if you have bicycles attached. Location is the best you can have in Balatonfured.

One small inconvenience was the fact they didn’t had hot water in the room in the evenings. This happened in 2/3 nights of our stay.
