The staff was super friendly, we got a free parking spot, and a really nice room. The bed was super comfortable; we got a good night's rest. The breakfast had all the staples and the food was fresh; the cook made the eggs on the spot for us. The bathroom features a huge water boiler, which is great for people staying here during the summer.

All in all, it was a great stay, can't find any real downsides. :)

Good value for money, very helpful staff, handling everything with smiles. Excellent location, good food. Rooms are ok and basically we liked everything.

At the moment there is construction site across the street (and new paving of the street itself) and it was tight squeeze through it to parking - but it is not anything that should be blamed on the Zöldtető Panzió, they informed us before the arrival.

Very supportive email exchange before the trip including details on how to reach the location. Cozy accommodation, close to the lake and to the restaurants. Money well spent 👍

Unfortunately, there is a construction site right in front of the pension and there were some people digging on the street so we could not park our car; we have been asked to leave the premises and return after one hour

We had to start Ultrabalaton in the morning before the kitchen opens. But we did'n plan our breakfast. And Adam, the reception guy, brought us some food that we appreciate a lot! These little action are worth more than money!

There was not enough variety at breakfast and the coffee was not very good. For example , could have offered different kinds of eggs. Zoldteto used too much plastic-little plastic containers of yogurt, pudding, jelly, coffee cream, margarine, ketchup, etc.

We were in Zöldtetö Panzió for one night but it was well worth it. My only regret is that I did not stay longer because the guesthouse and the surroundings are wonderful. Clean spacious rooms in a quiet and charming area. To Lake Balaton some 3-5 minutes on foot. Very good breakfast and most importantly a very nice welcome by the owner. Thank you, best regards and if I return to Lake Balaton in the future it will be to this Panzió! :)

i think we were extremely privileged and were looked after almost like family members! The rooms were great, the facilities were great but the staff were made the experience unforgettable. While it was bot our primary concern, the location of the accommodation is perfect, it is well maintained and cared for.

It's a nice little house with a green roof. Very identical. About 12-13 minutes walk from the train/bus station and 6-7 minutes from the lakeshore. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They upgraded my room when I checked in. When asking for advice, they recommended renting a bike from them to get to Tihany. Reasonable price for the bike rental for a day. The bike is quite new and comes with a basket and lock. The breakfast is included in the room price but has very good quality and variety. Even for the time that I may be the only guest, they offered me freshly cooked Hungarian scrambled eggs with bacon. peppers, and onions.

It'd be better if there is a kettle for hot water in the room.

The staff was very kind and helpful in all aspects. We did like the breakfast, especially the handcrafted bread. It was so delicious! Location is also a strong point as you literally only need to walk down the street and you find yourself in the middle of the city center.

We got the smallest room on the floor ground and it was a bit noisy to open the windows during the evening when some people were talking or walking outside in the garden. With closed windows, it was quiet as expected.

Very simple but clean and tidy, staff very friendly, amazing breakfast and perfect location, really met all our needs and expectations.

Nothing in particular to highlight, their service and facilities really stand for their offer and price.
