Great place to relax over a weekend. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Room service is top. Mini bar has all necessary drinks. There’s a coffee machine with Nespresso coffee capsules. Breakfast is just awesome. You should take time and try all the goodies, including Eggs Benedict, omelette, ham and eggs that chef prepares individually. Spa and outside pool is great.

Excellent, welcoming staff – everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was stylish, it had a large balcony and a very spacious bathroom with shower, separate tub and a private toilet. The restaurant at the pool had delicious pizza. The whole hotel was very tasteful and the environment was rellxing and calm (but also child-friendly).

It was a shame that, probably because it is still winter, not all of the outdoor pools were open. The pools were all beautiful and very clean, but they were extremely warm and it would have been nice to have one pool which would be for swimming/exercise, rather than only relaxation.

Excellent service completely new hotel we were their first guests. They treated us like Vip! I can highly recommend this hotel. We liked the Spa the most.

One thing we didn’t like is that they allow small children playing in every pool. I understand the hotel accepts families with kids but at least they should have some swimming pools only for adults. Some people want to relax and they were pretty disturbing splashing water in the pool while we wanted to relax.

Very well isolated rooms, even with parties nearby the room was silent. Amazing facilities, wine tasting and dinner with sommelier. Great selection of wines and pools, massage and saunas both inside and outside. 5 minutes walk away from the best beach of Balatonfüred. Staff extremely professional - even the student workers clearly raised the bar.

The elevator has two floor 0 where there could have been a sign to indicate that one is the reception the other is the pools. The room cleaning wasn't the best - the staff was clearly on training, but they've forgotten to leave towels for us on the first day and forgot to change the waters. Overall these are not huge things, but room for improvement.

As mentioned earlier everything was amazing, but if there is something maybe the lights from our room, the switch buttons were annoying sometimes as you had no instructions which lights are which. Also the light was a little bit too dim, not enough power to light the room completely.

Gorgeous hotel, with beautiful amenities and a really nice staff! Clean and brand new hotel, highly recommend. We would return any time! Breakfast and dinner is amazing! Many quality options to choose from!

We liked everything! There was a small issue with the room ventilation in the middle of the night we felt like there was no air in the room, although we put the aircon for 18 C, but we could open the window. Nothing that would keep us from recommending this amazing place! :)

The room is very nice, has everything you could possibly imagine. The spa and pools are very clean with great variety.

The dinner is not really much of a taste, although the breaakfast is okay. Dinner definitely too expensive. Better skip and eat outside.

Hotel is absolutely gorgeous! Pools are amazing, same as saunas. There is heated outside pool, 4 indoor pools and wellnes area with few saunas. Food is delicious. Breakfast buffet offers various food and dinner is a la carte, with starters and soups. We had a feeling that we are having dinner at Michelin star restaurant.

A little improvement in speaking in English would be easier for guests and staff.

Everything. Nice clean rooms with good lighting, best views, perfectly arranged big bathroom, the best breakfast with a variety of fresh veggies and juices. Evening menu dishes we ordered were perfect as well, and even the pool bar food was delicious. Wine workshop was very interesting and informative, told with lots of knowledge and love of the subject. The sauna was amazing with many different rooms, even a snow room. Lots of pools. All sparkly clean. Calm atmosphere. And the stuff was great across all the hotel.

Nothing. The only thing was the wasps outside that prevented my son from sitting near the external pool. But there were wasps across all places we visited around Balaton Lake.
