It was really a good experience in general. The hotel is located near the lake in a quiet neighborhood. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Our room had everything in one which was cute. Also the balcony was spacious and yard orientated. There was a pool and sauna, which we didn't use because it was not so hot, but definitely a very nice addition. The breakfast was delicious and local. My recommendations. For this value i doubt you can get anything that offers more.

They go above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcomed and accommodated, enhancing the overall experience. I was particularly touched by their willingness to allow a late checkout by two hours (at no extra charge) and their readiness to answer any questions, which made my stay both comfortable and convenient. The rooms at Silver Garden are lovely, each equipped with a balcony that offers a pleasant view and a chance to soak in the serene atmosphere. While I visited out of season and found the garden unutilised and the swimming pool empty, it was easy to see how these features would add a significant charm and relaxation opportunity during the warmer months. I look forward to the possibility of returning in the summer or spring to experience these amenities in their full glory. The location, while not directly in the town centre, is still conveniently situated with easy access to nearby restaurants and supermarkets, adding to the ease of the stay. I would gladly return to Silver Garden for another stay, attracted by both the warm hospitality and the peaceful, scenic setting near Lake Balaton. This place is highly recommended for anyone seeking a restful escape in a beautiful lakeside location.

A note for potential guests: the room I stayed in had a shower with a clear screen that opens directly into the room, which might be awkward for guests who aren't a couple or particularly close.

The staff was increadibly helpful and nice, the location is awesome, as the place is like a 2 minutes walk from the beach. There are some nice breakfast places next to the Silver Garden, and there's a supermarket there as well.

There were some spiders in the room and a constant sewer smell that made our stay a bit unpleasant.

We made a mistake with the booking, but upon our arrival the staff was kind and flexible, so luckily it didn’t cause an issue. The room itself was beautiful

The room plan made no sense. Separate tiny room for the toilet, another separate space for the shower stall within the room, and the sink quite close to the bed. Felt weird falling asleep looking at my toothbrush

Nice location, pretty clean place and the staff helped a lot. The room they initially gave us had an issue but they changed us relatively quickly after they knew the issue.

The beds are not comfortable and the rooms are not sound proof, you can hear everything on the hallway (You can hear someone's phone 3 rooms away if you are in the hallway)

Pleasant territory, there are trees in yard. Room is not big, but there are all for have a comfortable staying. Big windows and green garden view. We arrived late evening and receptionist provided check-in instructions over the phone. Everything went well.

I was a bit surprised about the depth of the pool ,because I thought that it will be deeper...

Location is very awesome, the pool is very cool and there are cooking facilities next to it. Very nice place to chill! The staff was very nice.

At the moment of our stay the yard seemed a bit neglected, but personally it did not bother me. Things were clean, but I would give the yard a little more ”love” since it is a very pretty yard with a huge potential! :)

The room was so fresh and cozy. The personell also kept my luggage for the time I waited for next train.

When I arrived it took a while for me to get a hold on anyone and I was not sure if I had come to the right place

I liked there everything:) Great location, great design, great garden, pools everywhere. Amazing staff! Ill definitely return there:) This place is a small treasure.
