The hotel was picked by my son and my husband and I told him, he did an excellent job. The food at the restaurant was fantastic!!! My only issue was the stairs to go up and down with the luggage. Otherwise, the hotel is very comfortable, clean, staff is very attentive and nice.

I think it would be best if there is someone at the top to make sure clients don't go by mistake downstairs with the luggage. Otherwise, it's quite an exercise.

Stay at the Oliva and you won't regret it! The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the comfort you could wish for in a serious business hotel that has families in special focus. The restaurant is a class of its own, they offer an array of delicious dishes that will satisfy any palate. In addition to a pleasant dining area, there's also a great place to play games or just hang out with friends, which they call the “breakfast room”. The breakfast will also satisfy your gourmet taste, with the offered specialties and homemade cremes. The staff at the hotel are friendly and accommodating; they are always willing to help if needed. And they enjoy the little ones around. Whether you're looking for a place to relax or just want something convenient and comfortable during your travels, this is an excellent option!

Very comfortable hotel, in a central location. Friendly and professional staff, excellent service. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast is amazing, in the breakfast room with a view over the castle. Would recommend anytime.

The area is safe and friendly, with good restaurants nearby and spectacular views from 10-15 minutes walking away at the hill. Beautiful historic town vibe. We would definitely return and would recommend this place to anyone:)

Nothing! Though I have to mention that at Oliva restaurant (the hotel's restaurant next to the building) the coffee was unfortunately very bad and expensive, would not recommend it. Improvement is very needed for the coffee, please!!:) As a coffee lover I had to mention, I can't help it! At the same time, the coffee was ok at the breakfast, so that is a plus:)

Would have been great to have more soap in shower and SOME kind of shampoo and conditioner.

The hotel is in a perfect locality next to the centrum, it is very nice, modern, and clean. Staff was very kind. They have great restaurant with tasty food and the breakfast was delicious.

The room was great, well designed, and equipped with everything necessary. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was great. Breakfast had a nice variety, and the 11 am. check out is great.

The property is in an easy to get to location with available parking. The reception staff were friendly and inviting, and the hotel overall was clean and taken care of. The on site restaurant had great service and even better food. Overall my experience at this hotel was phenomenal.
