The breakfast was plentiful with a good variety of foods. The staff was polite and helpful. The room was very clean and inviting not to mention the great mattress that gave me the beat rest in a long time. Close to all the hot spots on my list including the main reason for my travels, Ivan the Dental Implanttologist. A short walk from the hotel.

Hard to come up with any real negatives but if I were to say one thing it would be that the staff in the wellness center could be a bit more bubbly in personality. Not a big deal but would add to the experience.

Very clean and well maintained. Bedding, towels in the room all new. Rooms well equipped.

Was on the third floor, occasionally had a little water pressure drop, but maintenance was scheduled for upgrading the day after I left. The pools on the upper floor of the baths were not available unfortunately.

The staff is amazing there. Everyone is helpful and very friendly. Room was clean, the bed comfortable. Unfortunately i had the chance to be in a room facing the street and it was noisy. While showering the water has stopped for longer periods of time. So the price quality ratio is not really good.

Asked for a double bed but got a twin. Easily solved by pushing together the twin beds. From the Booking.com advert it appeared that some of the Spa facilities were available as part of the booking but they were extras. This should be clearer on the site.

Beautiful hotel in the city center. Nice staff and great breakfast.

The opening hours of the wellness center are very short, i don‘t really understand why it opens at 3pm. Most of the facilities were out of order or simply not in use.

staff in the reception and in the welness was not too skilfull, hated the wristbands and the procedure about the unnecessary administration in the wellness, steam was not available, we couldn’t understand the reasons behind, older lady thought and communicated that aroma cabin is enough for us, but unfortunately it was not the case. there were no opportunity for the lunch.

Location was perfect for us. Internal parking made our life easier. The wellness was super, better than expected, especially the staff. The breakfast was really good. The bathrobe was especially cosy.

Only one thing was a bit negative. The room's sound insulation is weak, the noises of the bathroom of the next room could be heard as it was in our room. Additionally, we were on the first floor and heard everything word-by-word what happened in the lobby bar during the night. For us, it was bearable, but if someone would like to have a more calm staying, should ask for another location in the hotel.

The Hotel itself is very well made. Rooms are very comfortable, well made, pretty clean. The staff was friendly, and flexible. The wellness is nice but quite small.

The kitchen is very poor. In the restaurant at dinner none of the food titles met the food itself. The food was simple and its quality was poor. Especially the sweets were under the line.

Unfortunately, the wellness part was not open ( has been closed for a while, no idea why), and the tap in the bathroom sink could do with a change.
