The room was very clean and tidy. Heated towel rails were a bonus and the shower was superb. Breakfast was amazing with a great selection from bacon and eggs to various pastries and doughnuts. The restaurant served good food: I'd highly recommend getting there earlier and trying one of their Italian style pizzas!

The beds were a little hard for the mrs, although I found them just fine... A fridge in the room would have been great since we became addicted to Skyr over here, but the breakfast more than compensated for that. a safe in the room would have been a nice touch, although given the location I doubt it's needed.

Great hotel and fantastic restaurant. The staff were really friendly at check in, in the restaurant and at the bar. The location was great for my work purposes. Overall a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

If I have to pick something it would be that the curtains were not blackout ones for the 24 hour summer daylight (But from experience I always take a sleeping eye mask). Also the room is a little dated but everything worked and was clean so no issues from me.

The breakfast was great and included. There's an attached spa. The ambiance in the hotel bar/restaurant is quite nice and it's right along the water which I appreciate.

The hallway lights on my floor would struggle to turn on when we passed by the motion sensor. The showers are a bit odd but I expected that to be the case so I wasn't too disappointed by that.

Central location for the town. The staff helped in getting us an extra night we needed. Vehicle had broken down. Nice room with own facility. Good breakfast. Several establishments in the group all eat here so it could get busy but there were plenty of staff to keep things going.

Not much really . As usual in Iceland the cost.

The location was perfect for wandering around Ísafjörður, with an easy walk to highly recommended Tjöruhúsið (Tar House). The breakfast buffet was quite good, and the staff kept very busy keeping everything clean and freshly filled. The room was clean and spacious, as would be expected from a typical business hotel.

The parking was a little awkward being next door, and the entrance through the restaurant while carrying luggage was also a bit awkward. Having only one elevator for a 5 (?) story hotel also seemed a little strange. It was also initially unclear where the “main entrance” was for the hotel. In general this tries to be a typical business hotel, but it misses the mark in some typical conventions.

Location in center of town was great, close walking distance to everything. Breakfast and dinner served in the hotel restaurant were very good. Nightly price was reasonable for Iceland. Close free parking lot served us well for trips outside of town. Shower was fully enclosed to prevent spraying of water into rest of bathroom, something we found lacking in some other places we stayed on our Iceland trip.

Room was small but OK for our 2-night stay. Carpet in hallway outside our 5th floor room was stained in numerous places.

The Hotel has a very good location right in the middle of Isafjördur. All the Staff Members were very nice to us. The rooms are a little older but still very good and the beds were also good. Free Parking close to the hotel with many available spaces.

Would be nice to have some Skyr at the Breakfast buffet.

The breakfast was excellent and nice to be included with good hours and selection. We both were able to have something we liked. First time I ever saw Cod Liver Oil on a breakfast buffet. I don’t have breakfast where I am now and missing it.

The elevator gets a little busy, but not much to be done about that. I was glad we were only on the third floor as we took the stairs most trips. Our gps didn’t take us to the hotel, but being a small town, we found it no problem.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

When we arrived it wasn't obvious where the hotel parking was, it is actually in a public car park close by. It was also not clear where the entrance to the hotel building was, it is hidden away around a corner. Following the same pattern it was not clear when you entered the building where the reception was, it is actually within the bar and restaurant. A few well placed signs would have helped avoid the frustration we felt after arriving at the hotel.

This hotel is located right in the center of Isafjordur. We parked the car and walked everywhere, which I love. Many restaurants to choose from locally. The room itself was small for both our luggage and our movement. Breakfast options were good.

No TV, 4 channels of Icelandic radio, I think. I like to watch local news when I travel to get a sense of the city/country I am visiting as well as to see how the US is portrayed in their news media. I wasn't able to do this here.
