I had stayed for a week and the staff is super - super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not of my liking but the Chef had provided us everyday what ever we had asked for without any extra cost. My stay was comfortable with all the facilities provided apart from that the location is super.

The breakfast menu is same everyday which they need to work on it if you like to dine in buffet otherwise can ask your choice of food

Manish at the front office was especially helpful. Also the front office staff was very accommodating with our request for an early check-in…after a long late night flight, this was a God send

The cleanliness could be better. The bathroom need an upgrade. Some variety in the breakfast buffet would be nice….to eat the same food over 4 days is no fun

The facilities of the hotel was clean, restaurant was clean and the room was clean and modern. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Some of them.

The hotel needs refublishment the carpets to the rooms had a smell difficult to say. The surroundings of the hotel was in middle nowhere. No facilities. Apart from that the room was clean and modern. The staff were pleasantly helpful.

Ambience

The food that we had at the restaurant on 7th July at 1am in the down stairs open restaurant in the lobby ,my apologies had order for a chicken fried rice and the chef didn’t know how to make the same ,a roadside eatery would have been better , Pathetic it was …and had ordered an omelet of 3eggs that was Awsm ,the order was taken by one waitress Meena . Everything was fantastic, starting from the behaviour of staffs to the quality of breakfast served. The Duty Manager was very hospitable and tried to ensure our stay was one of most remembered ones. The Chef came to our table during breakfast and enquired about the quality of breakfast, we got lot of information from him on local food as well.

There is nothing I could remember that I didn't like in this Hotel.

Had an excellent stay at Marriott. The room which was provided to me had a good river view and one can also walk to the river nearby if they wish to.The breakfast+lunch/dinner option was very affordable if opted while booking. They serve a very grand breakfast here with a variety of options for such a low price. And everything was tasty and healthy (less oil). Loved all their soups varieties served at dinner. My favourite was the chicken shorba soup. Loved the mohan thaal and moong daal halwas. They have a market at the lobby if we gotta grab some snacks.....I sneaked into the cafe and had one additional small meal as well 😉....

Loved everything about the place.

The location is excellent. The staff are warm and friendly and attentive.

The bathroom water supply was slightly off, felt slick in the hand. Perhaps the property water storage tanks need cleaning. Additionally, no smoking bin was provided outside the door so cigarette stubs were all over the floor. Some of the furniture in the cafe was also showing its age.

The quality of food and ambience

I have booked for 2 guests but one could not travel due to sickness so I wanted the front desk staff to reduce the rate for single occupancy but they didn't obliged inspite of my being a mariott bonvoy member similar case Ramada Delh did change My plan to single occupancy

I forgot my wallet while I left the place. The way the lady(I guess `Charu` is her name) in the reception coordinated with the driver(Can't recollect the name but starts with M) and arranged it to the airport while I was boarding the flight is commendable. I am still sad that I am not able reward them well.

Breakfast doesn't has Non veg options. Gym needs more facilities.

The staff were very courteous , helpful and made our stay extremely pleasant. Would like to mention special thanks to the front office person Mr Gulshan and Sangay for taking extra effort in making our stay more than pleasant.

The queen size bed was a bit uncomfortable for a couple.
