We had a bad experience prior to finding keys select. We found keys select last minute and asked if we can come in the next hour. The staff were very friendly. They let me check the rooms before going ahead with the booking. The staff were always willing to go over and above our expectations. Going from abroad in the heat was a challenge in itself but the staff made our stay very enjoyable.

There was not much that we didn't like. Anything we needed was dealt with straight away.

It was very convenient and was on the main road. The staff were hospitable. The ambience was good.

The room size was samll. I could not switch off two lights in the room before sleeping. The hot water was not available/coming while taking shower in the morning of 24th January. I got only normal/cold water shower in the hotel. I had ordered food for dinner and no one had come to pick up the plates after I completed the meal.

Polite, courteous staff. The hotel food was nice too. As a solo female traveller it felt safe and nice. The area is close to the Sabarmati Ashram (within walking distance) it's quiet and yet connected. I stayed here for a few days and it felt comfortable.

Font staff was amazing they all where very friendly and helpful with all the stuff Great all over my stay was extremely great with them Only suggestion I would make they do little extra work breakfast they put up for guests need little more attention but apart from that excellent service..

Breakfast partha where raw and uncooked Samabar tasted like its been mix with Gujarati daal it had tha hint of sweetness to it . I call tell u that because even i m chef I work one best restaurant In London and Auckland so pls little focus on that

The hotel is walking distance from Ahmedabad Landmark - The Gandhi ASHRAM. The riverfront and Flower show is also 10 mins from the hotel. Clean, and Tidy Rooms. Their Indian Restaurant Food and decor is something to scratch for. Staff is friendly.

everything was perfect weather was very nice nearby shops and i went Ahmedabad one mall was very very good food couture shops and some new branded shops and people was very friendly and hotel staff so lovely.

Only Room was not comfortable balance everything was good.

Location is good and easy to access because situated on prime road. They assisted me with early check in ( of course was charged) but was smooth and simple. Staff was polite and helpful. Front Desk managers were very helpful. The Ambience of the rooms were superb, rooms were quiet and very calm. Cleanliness was excellent. They supplied me bottled mineral water every time I asked for ( without extra charge) and had facilities lovely like 24/7 hot/cold showers, toiletries, towels etc. Rest facilities were good. One thing I admire specifically that I asked them to keep a check on my luggage after I checked out and had a brief stint at Gandhi Ashram Nearby. They happily, without any obligation, helped me with that and kept an eye on my luggage to secure it, till my return from the Ashram. Thanks for lovely and very good service and kindly improve in some aspects as mention below.

I saw 2 to 4 mosquitos in one of corners of the room may be they have crept from somewhere. I do not know why they forgot to supply me the toothpaste and the coffee/milk sachets for making coffee in the room although I reminded them once. But these errors can be rectified in future so that when I visit next time I will appreciate more.

The room is quite spacious and hotel is well located. The staff at front desk were helpful

There is a stench in the corridors due to the lack of fresh air. Breakfast needs to be improved - stale bread; poor service

The keys select by lemon tree hotel was very nice because it's c/in was very smoothly and staff was very comfortable. Also I Love it it's location Near by Airport

The location was great near Gandhi Ashram and Sabarmati River. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good overall.

Waiting staff at breakfast need to smile. They seemed quite miserable. The daily rate for the room was quite expensive for a 3 star hotel in Ahmedabad.
