Great location, very close to Sabarmati Ashram. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the toilet is nice. Good amenities Excellent food! The buffet was super awesome

Only one lift was operational as the other one was having some repair going The water is a bit hard, it took some time to remove the soap. The waiters and the concierge experience could improve. I asked for the cab to take me to Rani ki vav and I was told that uber would go. But I discovered later that wasn't possible. The waiters could take some initiatives, like if they show someone a table , could check if the water , spoons are there on the table etc..

The property is well presented, maybe the green carpet in the lifts needs changing as it seemed to give out a damp smell. Otherwise, the hotel is clean and with friendly staff. I was very grateful to the receptionist who organised transfer to another hotel as I mistakenly booked the same named hotel further down the road, this was a genuine mistake on my part by not checking the address. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the food was excellent. Thank you to all the staff.

The hotel was very good to stay and room was great from high level the view of river, partly of city was excellent. We had enjoyed the buffet dinner, there was plenty of choice for food and the food was delicious. Also we had breakfast, same as many choices all kinds of morning variety foods local and continental. It was great pleasure to stay. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful to us. My next visit to Ahmedabad will be to stay same place.

I don’t have anything to say that we didn’t like it.

Some parts of cleaning need to be improved We didn’t know there was a swimming as not listed in Booking website so we have not used it ( please update this) Staff are very nice but need more training and be more efficient ( informed separately to them already)

Complete Value for Money. Room and in-room amenities was good. Breakfast was great as in it had the right amount of spread, with a change in menu every other day, which was good for people staying a bit longer. Location was quite central, most places to visit were withing 3 kms, so walking wasn't an option, but a short drive was okay. Property has 3 restaurants unfortunately they seemed quite pricey. Staff and Service was good, they were extremely responsive and amiable.

Mattress was a bit too soft. Bed size was a tad bit small for two. Provision for keeping and opening your luggage was inadequate but since room size is large enough, it was alright. The closet inside was poorly designed - this included a safe.

How helpful the staff were , as I entered from the front the staff in the front welcomed me, good eye contact smiled and immediately took over from my driver with laguage. As I was walking towards the reception immediately eye contact and smiles from the staff .Mahak or Manak was excellent she checked me in . The front Bell person was awesome he took me to my room and explained the facilities. Overall you have awesome staff. Mr khan who made my room awesome . Thank you all

There was nothing I didn’t like , everything was was good, I wish I had more time to spend at the hotel and enjoy your facilities your room dining menu.

So much choice of food was good, however if you limit the choice of food and alternate would be better. I found the food daily was same every day with no changes. Hence suggest change / alternate which will provide different choice We built up relationship with Nagindra who is the head Waiter looked after us well and suggested some good choice of Lunch and Dinner

Choice of food by reducing the variety of food cooked same everyday. suggest alternate which then provides daily new choices for all the guest.

The dinner and breakfast buffet was yummy. All the staff were welcoming and helpful. Location is also good. Room was nice with carpet.

I found the pillow cover was dusty and there was hair on the bedsheet.

The location is good, a short walk to the Sabarmati Riverfront, but the road between the two is quite busy. We could go for walks at the riverfront in the morning but not the evening. We had meals at all three restaurants and found them excellent. The staff was courteous and helpful.

Location was great and the rooms were well designed and a decent size. Overall nice property.

The staff behaviour was okay not too courteous neither rude. Service was very slow both in the restaurant - had to ask for tea three times before being served and cold water took a long time coming. For the concierge the service was ridiculously slow. I had to call twice and it still took 20 minutes. The food also was quite average not as per expected standard. The elevator needs upgrading as the buttons are so worn out (photo attached) that one needs to press hard and multiple times for it to work.
