They ask for the same surname id cards in case you are a couple, if you don't present them, they ask for wedding card/pictures and nonsense that is derogatory and illogical in 2022! This is not 1950, grow up the management team of G express hotel, you guys are insane! I went with my wife and presented the card but what the hell is the issue if unmarried couples go to your hotel? Are they going to diffuse atom bombs?

The hotel staff was friendly especially Mr Sohal the receptionist. He arranged us a taxi for roaming around and we could keep our luggage at hotel after checking out. The room and washroom is neat and spotless. It is very near to the city and accessible by auto or taxi. The restaurant though a bit costly is excellent. There is not much restaurants in the vicinity. The proximity to lake kankaria gives you the chance for a night eating out and jogging option in the morning and evening. I strongly recommend this hotel which is definitely value for the money you pay

Location is good next to Kankaria lake , clean rooms and a good restaurant.

There’s a school next door to the hotel which gets a bit noisy early morning for 10-15 mins from 7-7.20 am so if you want to sleep till late get a room on the other side 😊Check out is 10.30 am which is very strange still they were courteous to extended it until 11.00am

The hotel is very centrally located with just a few kms. from the main inter state bus station. Also easily accessible to Kankaria River Front. Several hotels and cafes are situated within close proximity to the hotel. It provides luxurious accommodation at budgeted price to meet the needs of working professionals and low and mid sized business people. Also very ideal for young couples who do not want to spend on 5 star hotels but need the same kind of comfort and feel. The rooms are nice and spacious. Bathroom is clean with all necessary accessories to go with. The AC is super chilled to beat the dry heat of the city especially at this time of the year. The beds are cozy with the perfect quilt. All necessary facilities such as mini bar , coffee maker etc. are provided.TV has all he main channels which makes the stay pretty entertaining especially for a solo traveler. The breakfast has a good spread including a live counter.

I guess the price at what the room is offered , there is hardly any scope to complain. The hotel is complete in all aspects for the price it offers. I only hope it continues the same standards.

Everything. So glad we came for four days. Primarily we came to catchup With work, but spent mornings out and about. This hotel was perfect. Great wifi, comfy desk. Fab room, everything works and the staff were so nice. The restaurant is with a visit even if you are not resident!

You just need to put a pool on the roof to make this perfect

The best part of the hotel was the location. It is on a quite road in a nice neighbourhood besides the Kankariya Lake, we spent nice few minutes everyday at the lake there for 2-3 days. 10-15 minutes from Ahmedabad Junction, even the airport and the Narendra Modi Stadium is not far, 30 minutes. The breakfast at the hotel was also very nice, a mix of continental and Indian breakfast with changing menu everyday. The room size was nice too.

The additional bed could have been a bit better. The wi fi credentials had a very low expiry time, so had to renew often.

I like this hotel very nice and clean and staff was very good and very quite hotel and peaceful so you can relex your self and cafeteria was nice with good breakfast

Here only one problem regarding soap the smell of soap it's not good be honestly other wise shampoo are ok even tho lotion also good

The location is the best, and the lobby was nice.

The location is excellent, and the room rate is very reasonable. However, the room 205 needs renovation. There is mold on the walls and ceiling. In the bathroom, the shelf for keeping utilities is broken, and the washbasin stone is cracked.

A very good hotel for its price. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. The hotel is right next to Kankaria Lake and Kamla Nehru Zoo. Tried Red Sauce Pasta at the hotel's restaurant and it was amazing. The breakfast buffet was great as well. 11AM check-in is a plus if you're arriving in the morning while most hotels allow only after 2PM. The room service was quick. Would definitely visit again.

Even though the overall cleanliness of the hotel and room was great, there were spiderwebs in the almirah. The washroom near the lobby was dirty. I did not like the lime water ordered at the Global Cuisine Restaurant. Also, the restaurant is quite costly with limited vegetarian only options.
