Clean spacious rooms with good balcony views. Kitchenette, but no utensils. Nice clean pool. Parking facilities. Helpful staff. Free water bottle each morning.

Just the big German shepherd dog that seems a little wild. It went for me in the lobby and the staff didn't seem to know how to control it.

During my recent stay, this establishment surpassed all expectations. The rooms were cozy and inviting, providing utmost comfort. Loved our stay here! The rooms had so much space were very tid, big bathroom. Fresh linen and regularly cleaned. Room service was easy to order too. The bed was very soft and comfortable! Staff were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back again!

Including breakfast package having only 1-2 breakfast items. It should have been buffet instead with few more mixed varieties. Many dish TV channels were not activated, it should rather be smart TV. Intercom is needed to call for services instead of calling over mobile phones.

Superb place in Anjuna. Very clean and green. Staff is very helpful. Beach and most of the party and chill out places are so close. Best part is being so close to happening places yet the property is very calm and quiet. You can unwind after returning from action. We saw a lot of ppl using it as a workation. Good unlimited free Wi-Fi. And room has a small kitchen with fridge and microwave. Hotel has a nice restaurant also which is open throughout the day and till late night. Pool is also open till late night. The only drawback is that they don’t play loud music at pool after 10:30.

They provide electric induction cooking plate and utensils for a charge of 250 per day… if that can be free.

Early check in was request but no reply from the property, it was a waste of time to wait for 2 hours for the room to be ready.

We had a great time. It's clean, well maintained (especially the pool), rooms are comfortable and staff helpful :) Rent a scooter and you're at the beach in no time.

The 1km walk to the beach passes through the awesome German Bakery.

Breakfast could have included fruit juice. I also expected better assortment of fruits - only pineapple and watermelon were present in the fruit salad.

The resort is small and cozy and is relatively new. It has a swimming pool though small serves the purpose. Kids had fun. The rooms were spacious especially for a family of 4. It is has a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a big living room with a sofa cum bed and a spacious bathroom with good water. The staff were very courteous especially Vishal and Rajesh. The food was good and they serve a decent buffet for breakfast with eggs to order. Apart from breakfast, the food that we ordered for dinner (2 nights) was good. We had booked 7 rooms and were a big group. The resort helped us with transport and other small things that we needed. Pretty much everything was taken care off.

Nothing much to complain about, but below are some takeaways. Though the property is not overlooking the the beach or close by, one can reach Anjuna Beach by walk of about 15 mins to 20 mins through the winding streets of the village. The room tariffs are steep in December, which is the peak season so plan your Goa trip accordingly. The property is around 45 kms from the airport which takes around an hour and a half to reach based on traffic and ongoing construction work enroute so plan accordingly.
