The property was well-managed, and the staff was friendly and attentive, making my stay comfortable from start to finish. One of the standout features of the hotel was the food – there were plenty of delicious options to choose from, and the quality was consistently great throughout my stay. Whether you’re in the mood for a casual meal or something a bit more elaborate, there’s something for everyone. The hotel also offers a variety of activities, which was a huge bonus for families with kids. The kids’ area was well-maintained and offered plenty of entertainment options, ensuring that the little ones were always busy and happy. It really made the stay more enjoyable for us. While the hotel isn't located directly on the beach, it’s 5-minute drive away, so it was not as easy to get to the beach, you have to drive or hire a taxi for the same. This was actually a nice compromise, as the property felt more peaceful and relaxing. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly stay with great food and activities.

Excellent hotel, value for money, very good service and very helpful responsive staff. We stayed for 4 nights and it was really relaxing and a nice stay. Dimpi and the hotel staff ( Prabin) ensured that we got a nice room and personally took interest in ensuring we are happy with the stay. The housekeeping staff Amisa and Abdullah did a nice job cleaning the rooms thoroughly everyday. The hotel has a very classy restaurant Cafe de Port which serves nice breakfast as well as lunch and dinner, Prarthana and her restaurant staff were very welcoming and are managing the restaurant very well.

They were incredibly cooperative, polite, and attentive to our needs, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. Their friendly demeanor made us feel truly valued as guests, and we appreciated their efforts in ensuring our comfort. However, I would like to offer a suggestion for improvement. It would be beneficial to have provisions in place to keep the refrigerator in the room running while guests are away. As parents of a baby who require specialized food, we found that leaving the room with the fridge turned off led to spoilage of the food items. Having the refrigerator operational at all times would alleviate this concern and enhance the overall experience for families like ours. Despite this minor suggestion, we were thoroughly impressed with the level of service, the quality of food, and the cleanliness maintained throughout the resort. Stayed 4 nights in Radisson Baga. Firstly Manager on duty Sachin assisted me in arranging both rooms next to each other which made my family stay comfortable. During the stay Deepesh Singh (F&B service) was just excellent in his approach and attention to detail. All our needs were anticipated with a courteous smile and warm welcome. Hotel facilities were clean and replenished often. Overall a 5 star stay. Thank you Team Radisson Baga and see u soon.

The location , room and the facilities were good. Special thing to highlight is aboutMr. Mohit who had been very helpful throughout. Knowing that we were 3 girls he extended his help even during his non working hours which was very much helpful for us. He suggested us best places , clubs and restaurants to hang out as well.. Overall he had been of great help and is thankful for that .

Actually we reached hotel morning 7:00 am and had requested for early check it. We were told we can have our room by 12pm and since we were the 1st guest that arrived we will have the priority . They assured if we plan to go out and come back our bags would be checked into the room by 12pm. Based on this confirmation we went ahead to see Angola fort , had lunch and returned 3:30pm. However to our surprise the room was still not allocated . We still had to wait another 30mins to get room while all other who arrived late got room.. we discussed this with the Manager and they allowed us for late check out on the last day which was thoughtful of them. Thus we had no other issue and the stay went real good

It's wonderful hotel really, professional receptionist specially Ms Dimpy, she was very very corporative and helpful, many thanks to her. The room is big, nice view with balcony and comfortable beds. Staff are very helpful and quick. In Restaurant, there are variety delicious & unique foods. Hotel located in the best place in north of Goa, and you can get private good car for tourist tour The significance, this hotel is all in one.

The rooms size, Cleanliness and Linen quality. The staff at the front office was helpful but in coffee shop staff needs improvement especially if you reach early.

The room AC of the 2nd suite room was insufficient, the Fan remote was missing, one fan didn't operate. the Hand towels were missing when we asked we were given only one HT.

It’s conveniently located the check in was a breeze even though we reached at 1am the staff were always helpful the breakfast was okish but the rooms were beautiful and clean
