The staff, a dedicated team of professionals, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfection. What stood out the most during my stay was the genuine warmth and friendliness of the entire staff. Every member, from the management to the service team, displayed a level of sincerity that is often rare to find. They were not just employees; they became like family during my time there. This personalized touch made my stay all the more memorable. A special shout-out goes to the General Manager, Mr. Roland McKenzie, whose leadership clearly set the tone for the exceptional service provided. His commitment to ensuring guests' satisfaction was evident in every aspect of the resort's operations. The culinary experience at Lazy Lagoon was a gastronomic delight. The resort boasts the best food I have ever encountered at any resort. The variety of dishes offered was not only impressive but also catered to diverse palates. Each meal was a culinary journey, showcasing the skill and passion of the resort's chefs. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the following staff members who played a pivotal role in making my stay feel like a home away from home: Ashish, Amey, Jaydeep, Sandeep, Shikha, Parth, Kevi, Shamu, Rahul, Aldrin, Jitu, Arjun, and Gauri. There is absolutely nothing I can think of which I did not like. I wholeheartedly recommend Lazy Lagoon to anyone seeking a perfect blend of luxury, warmth, and exceptional service in the heart of Goa.

The staff at this hotel were amazing. Every request regardless of how small or large was dealt with immediately. The customer service is second to none. The location was convenient to get to Baja and further north to Anjuna.

Nothing it was perfectly good. Can't fault the place.

We were not able to hire our own vehicles to travel within goa - had to take a cab from the taxi stand Opposite that was double the cost..
