Citadines is a must recommended one. Location was good. Property was very pleasing with a decent neat pool and they provided tasty breakfast options. Welcome drink was pleasing after a long journey. We relished complementary Hi-tea with snacks. Staff and their hospitality were really at their best. Room was spacious and their sofa cum bed is almost like a queen size bed. It was comforting. Appreciate every effort that staff could service during our stay. Good job on maintaining the standards.

1. I had requested for my parents surprise anniversary celebration or for any complementary cake while filling up pre-check-in form- Unfortunately that was overlooked and later with multiple reminder, staff at reception suggested for room decor and no cake can be provided. 2. There was a horrible sewage stench throughout the property and inside the room for sometime everyday and that was so horrible to withstand. After reporting the stench to front desk, all they could do is bring in room freshener spray. 3. Prices of the food items could have been better (room service- dinner). Think before you order!!!

First and foremost, the room. Very comfortable and having all the utilities that we as a family with toddlers could have wanted. Spacious with Kitchenette and two toilets, including one with bathing space. Secondly, the food. Breakfast spread was quite big and full of variety and evening organised tea was also a good add-on.

Some very minor issues. Firstly, in all star hotels that we have stayed in , a cup or two of milk for toddlers is never charged for. This is not the case here and can be looked at by management. Secondly , Dinner buffet should also be there.

Stayed with family for 5 Nights with 2 bhk apartment configuration. Apartment was great, with spacious & clean rooms, functional kitchen and quality fixtures. Good breakfast, family friendly pool area. Housekeeping was prompt and tidy. A great Facility overall. We had a great stay. Except for an incident with staff, an aberration.

.Evening tea was more stale and not very interesting. A senior lady staff at the restaurant was rude on one occasion, asking as to move out of restaurant area to snacks area, for the evening tea - despite few other residents enjoying their tea & snacks at the restaurant. During checkout, Tried calling reception for bellboy for more than 15 minutes,but line was engaged throughout. Had to move luggages by self.

The rooms were spacious, comfortable, clean- basically everything one looks for in a hotel room. The staff was friendly caring and courteous. The facilities were good enough.

The breakfast needs a lot of improvement. The spread was decent enough with all kinds of variations. But they need to work on the taste. Even basic things like medu wada were not up to the mark. Luchis were bathed in oil. Omlet lacked taste (and salt). Doughnuts were dry. One thing to note here is that the dinner we ordered was very delicious so the issue is only with the breakfast.

The rooms were spacious, clean, well equiped and modernized. Rohan at the reception was exceptional in providing information while Julian and his F&B team were very accommodating & hospitable. Pictures on the website which may look as mock ups are a closest resemblance of what I got. The bathrooms were equipped with loads of toiletries and the kitchen was equipped with necessary cutlery not forgetting the huge fridge for all your cold storage. In room dining was almost 24X7 with tasty food on a limited menu. Surrounding were calm with balconies in the hall and bedrooms. 5-7 minutes away from the beach (by vehicle). House keeping was prompt. Parking was available with strict security checks on every entry during my stay. .. made me feel safe. Surely my choice for the next holiday.

Since it's a new property, other facilities such as SPA, games room etc were not operational. Few staff a little less confident. Check in process took longer than usual. Reception area was warm and humid. A nice air freshener when you walk in the property would make a good first impression..

Pretty much everything was amazing. The property is more of a Boutique hotel nestled in a quiet location and you have field around the property. Its new so the rooms are fresh and staff is AMAZING. Especially the staff in the restaurant, Akash was very very helpful, polite, considerate and accommodating. The rest were equally good too. They would make sure that we enjoyed our meals and greet us with a smile everyday, which can be very tiring in this line of work. I was very impressed with the size of the room. Just so spacious and comfortable. The room has a kitchen area, water dispenser, a pretty big fridge considering its a hotel and microwave. The best hotel for a family stay, especially with kids.

Nothing to be picky about

Had a wonderful stay at Citadines Goa! The property is well-maintained, with spacious and comfortable rooms, and the food was absolutely delicious. A special mention to Mr. Rohan Sathe, who made the entire experience seamless, from booking to checkout. His professionalism and attention to detail ensured a hassle-free stay. The staff was incredibly helpful and courteous, always ready to assist with a smile. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Goa! Looking forward to visiting again.

Overall we were very happy . No complaints as far as room features are concerned . Spacious and all amenities working well

The breakfast on third day was average and cud have had more options . The dosa were undercooked and toooo thin .. cud be folded in to a small single bite but tasted very good . The hi tea had only 1 fried item n sweet cookies . The kitchen needs some hand towels and help in washing the used utensils . No one wants to wash utensils on vacation ! The front office needs to maintain basic information on availability of pharmacy , car wash etc . We did not get any info as we needed medicines on urgent basis .

It's a perfect place to stay if you are going with kids.The rooms are big and they have a small kitchen in the room so new parents need not worry about baby food. The entire property is clean, the food is good and the location is perfect. It is near to Calangute beach and Anjuna beach and just half an hour drive to Panjim. My kid suffered from food poisioning in Goa and the hotel staff ensured that we get the doctor in the room even on a Sunday when it is difficult to get one as doctors are not available on a Sunday

The service was great, the food was good, and the hotel was very clean. The room was exactly like in the photos. It was very spacious and had many useful utensils in the kitchenette. The filtered water tank in the room was an amazing detail - it saved us during the hot days. There was a laundry dryer on the balcony which was very useful after taking a swim in the hotel's swimming pool. I felt like the staff has taken a lot of thought in making sure we have everything we need in the room.
