Apartment is a good value for North Goa as it is quite a bit more expensive compared to the rest of India. Beds were in great condition and quite comfortable. We were a family traveling with 4 adults and 2 children and it was nice to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Staff was able to accommodate the mixup in the Booking description (see below) by providing two extra beds for our children.

The apartment is a bit far from the beach and there aren't a lot of restaurants nearby. The fan in the master bedroom with the king bed was too noisy and the A/C hardly worked. There is a bit of false advertising in the Booking description as they list a king bed and a queen bed in one of the bedrooms when in reality there is only 1 king bed. The apartments only sleep 4 adults comfortably. Also, I felt the pictures didn't reflect the condition of the hotel especially with the listing being 4 stars. More like a 3 star.

We had an incredible stay at Asta by Avim! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. The rooms were impeccably neat and tidy, showcasing top-notch infrastructure that made our stay extremely comfortable. The manager and service staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Additionally, the hotel's location is perfect, being close to popular tourist destinations, which made our sightseeing convenient and enjoyable. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a perfect getaway!

I recently stayed at Asta by Avim service Apartments , and my experience was exceptional. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. Best part is the geographical location of the property, with the best beaches and eateries in very close proximity. The option of the swimming pool was great and worked well. Just needed some repairs The ability to cook by ourselves was very pleasant.

The fact we were told to be able to pay by card and then finding out we could not.

Just had a wonderful stay at Asta by Avim. Everything was top-notch from the fully equipped kitchen to the large smart TV, stylish interior, and inviting swimming pool. The location was also perfect. A special shoutout to Bhavesh for being an amazing host throughout my stay.

The overall experience was very good. The hospitality and staff, particularly Aprajita was excellent. I will be a regular client at this property for sure, I feel completely at home and my stay was very comfortable.

I have stayed there for 2 days. Property is very good. Everything is awesome. But there was no water geyser.

The property is new and the staff is amazing especially Ms. Aparajita. The room's size is plenty and the attention to detail in the rooms are worth mentioning. Thanks team. I shall be back again
