This is the second time staying in this property. It's located in Baga which is too much of a tourist trap but this property is hidden away on a nice and quiet side street. Wonderful view and we could hear peacocks in the mornings. A good sized fridge, microwave oven, washing machine and gas burner is available. Very good communication with the owner Lavino and he manages the property very well. Krishna that was responsible for room cleaning and maintenance did a great job every time and was very polite. Couldn't ask for more. This property is lucky to have such good staff.

It's time for the property to update their inventory of pillows and bed linens as they were quite worn out. Better kitchen storage for utensils would make a huge difference for guests who use the kitchen for cooking.

lavino the host is very nice , accommodating, and responds immediately over whats up all throughout the stay. property is super clean. perfect location. 8 to 10 mins walk to the beach. all essential day to day provisions a few steps away.

We recently stayed at Casa Margarida in the Calangute area of Goa for nearly a week, and it was a wonderful experience. The house was beautiful—small, cozy, and impeccably tidy, nestled in a serene neighborhood that perfectly matched our preference for calm and quiet. It felt just like how we would want our own home to be. The location was also excellent. There were four of us, and we had the entire floor to ourselves, ensuring complete privacy—definitely a 10/10 in that regard. Lavino, our host, was incredibly helpful and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was the absence of a washing machine in the apartment, which made doing laundry a bit challenging. Although there’s a laundry service just a minute away, it was closed each time we tried to use it. Adding a washing machine to the apartment would make it absolutely perfect. While Calangute and Baga beaches are often described as crowded, the experience really depends on where you choose to stay. Casa Margarida offered us the peace and quiet we were looking for, away from the hustle and bustle. Additionally, Vagator Beach is only a 10-15 minute drive away, which was very convenient. Overall, we had a lovely time and highly recommend this property for a comfortable and private stay in Goa.

This is a very spacious and comfortable apartment with great views from the terrace; however, it was the owner who really made our visit enjoyable. He could not do enough for us, and we were very appreciative.

It was a fabulous stay. I just felt like home. The apartment was spacious with a beautiful interior and a breath taking balcony giving me a perfect ambience. Each and every necessary equipment was available in the apartment and it was located near all the important locations. Thankyou casa margarida stays, so much for giving me a memorable goa trip. To be very honest I would like to stay here again if I ever visit goa again in future for sure. 😊

The location was perfect and the owner Lavino of this apartment was very nice person, who tried to fulfill all our needs. He even organised the taxi from airport and back at a very reasonable price and recommended a good and safe cafes, where for us Europeans was really tasty food. So, my suggestions is, just book this apartment and you will not be disappointed.

From our point of view, everything was very nice and perfect. Frankly speaking, I am writing comments in a very rare way, if it is very bad or very good. So this time it is up to you to decide which hotel or apartment you need to order in North Goa.

Good location, about 15min walk to the beach. Around wine shop, restaurants, pharmacy .Very clean, quiet and comfortable apartment. 24h hot water ,big fridge, washing machine..Everyday we got a bottle of water. It's a family business and Lavino was very nice and helpful. You can contact he abd he will organise a taxi to/from airport.

Two soft armchairs instead of wide chairs would make the apartment ideal

We absolutely loved staying in the apartment for 2 nights. Very convenient location and Lavino was a wonderful host. He is more than a host actually. He helped us in lot of ways and made our vacation in Goa wonderful. The Baga beach is in walkable distance. The apartment itself is big and clean. I liked the solar hot water facility.

I don't think there is anything which we didn't like.

Nothing as such beside a small glitch - mattress in one of the rooms not comfortable to sleep , may be end of its life or overused from one side . Lavino confirmed he is going to change it

We stayed there for almost a week and we enjoyed every bit of it. It was an amazing, comfortable stay. Home away from home. The host Lavino was always available for any needs. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a relaxing comfortable stay. The view from the balcony was so soothing to sit on the swing with your cup of tea in the morning. Don't think twice...just go for it.

Could have done with an additional washroom for a 2 bhk.
